I was wrong about when I'd get here this week. Anyway, I'm here now.

The NFL playoffs are getting some amazing numbers. CBS has the afternoon game on Saturday and got 30.8 million viewers, which doesn't count in prime time. Notice Fox's pre-game show (the first one) starts at 7:30, outside of prime time, so that number is for the entire show.

Even though I don't do the previous Sunday any more, since thw Sunday before that is included now, the CBS playoff game will surely take the top spot next week with 42.7 million viewers. NBC got 38.1 million viewers for the afternoon game. And we're not even up to the conference finals! The season is a week longer now and these games are a week later.

Nancy and Batwoman swapped places and Walker moved up. Other than that, not much to say.

I have a correction to make to last week but I'll bet you can guess what that is.

Fox shouldn't have had reruns Monday night. The FBIs were obviosuly reruns.

The Two Sentence Horror Stories, of course, are two of three lowest rated shows of the week.

Fox had the early Sunday game with 30.4 million viewers.

Something I forgot to mention is that "This Is Us" got some of the highest numbers of the night with all target audiences except, of course, men.

NBC ought to have had a sitcom instead of a longer pre-game show all along, but I don't know that it would have helped.
