Well, I found a mistake in last week's. A couple of mistakes, actually. "Whose Line" started at 8 and 8:30, not 9 and 9:30. Even worse, I thought basketball was on CBS. I had it listed but the game was over by prime time and I had somehow forgotten to remove the previous week's.

Saturday night is not looking good for The CW but hopefully changes coming next week will help.

Now this is more like it! "Walker" is getting big numbers, at least for The CW. I was going to ask why "Legacies" wouldn't have a new episode, and how it did better than usual, but the comment section said "which wasn’t a rerun, notwithstanding the chart".

Not so good for The CW on Wednesday, where "The Flash" fell way off.

Since I can, I'll add some details about target audiences. "Survivor" won the night with all except young women, who watched "The Masked Singer", which was second with all the other groups except seniors who liked reruns of the Chicago shows, though "Masked Singer" tied "Chicago Med". On Thursdays, "Ghosts" won with 18-34, while "Young Sheldon" was number one with everyone else except young women who of course liked "Station 19/Grey's".

"Superman & Lois" fell from last week.

The really bad news is "Endgame". Red with all audiences except orange with seniors. Even "American Song Contest" has run out of steam. Red with the total numbers and orange with most audiences.

"Lone Star" is doing reasonably well with target audiences but it loses a lot of total viewers. Original "9-1-1" wins with 18-34 and is second to "American Idol" for the night with everyone but seniors, who like the crime shows. "Idol" is third with seniors, while the CBS sitcoms are fourth and fifth, and THEN "9-1-1", followed by "Good Doctor".

Since I don't do Sundays on the same week any more, I'll go ahead and say The Grammys had 9.6 million viewers before 10:54 and for whatever reason there is a separate number after 10:54, 8.8 million. "Riverdale" continues to do worse and worse. You can't tell from the rounded number I post which will be the same.

For this week, "March" was not listed. The comments section said "cut off by the chart" and gave the 18-49 number as .02, which doesn't mean anything. I think it's the number of 18-49 viewers in millions but I'm not sure (could be worse; its replacement got .00). I found another site which only listed a preliminary number, so we'll have to go with that. It's the finale, so I believe The CW is grateful.

I find the commentary on The Oscars interesting so I'll copy it here if no one from that site minds.

"The network could feel good about the fact that THE OSCARS were up 1.64 (77%) to 3.76 in the 18-49 demo and up 6.2M (60%) in total viewers compared to 2021. However, in comparison to 2020, the demo and total viewers were both down 29%, and this year’s telecast was the 2nd-lowest rated ever. (For those interested in quarter-hour numbers given the events of the night, there was no particular bump at the time of The Slap–which makes sense, since no one knew it was going to happen–and there was a small but noticeable increase for Will Smith’s Best Actor acceptance speech later, at a time when due to the late hour, the show normally goes down.)"

It's hard to say what will happen next week. I was early this week.
