And it's that time again. It'll be at least a day earlier next week because I've got a crazy schedule.

In addition to what is shown above, Biden's speech got 4.1 million ABC viewers and 3.0 million CBS viewers. The site shows nothing for NBC. Fox News didn't show the speech (naturally) unless it was part of the Jesse Watters program, which incidentally had 1.8 million viewers. "Reidout" on MSNBC had 1.4 million, and I don't know what that is or whether it included the speech. CNN is not listed.

The CW is neither totally weird nor funny as Saturday nights hit a new low. Fridays are looking up and the joke competition has reached a new high.

Meanwhile, the networks are pretty much not even trying. Men and young people have really really low numbers as CBS shows reruns on Friday.

Things aren't looking much better. However, Thursdays improved for The CW. Even a rerun of the Indy documentary managed 200,000 viewers. Nancy Drew still hasn't solved the mystery of the missing viewers but apparently "Riverdale" has, with the highest number all season.

I was disappointed "The 1619 Project" didn't have 1,619,000 viewers. It was more like 1,631,000. Game show reruns seem to do reasonably well, while "The Game Show Show" does not.

Interesting how "FBI Most Wanted" did so well. I think the people who missed it the first time around are seeing the episodes they missed, and since it's the least watched of the three when new, there are a lot of them.

Chicago Wednesdays could have been better. Why show "Night Court" reruns instead of "Chicago Med"?

"Blacklist" got a big boost, at least for one episode, from moving to Thursday. The second episode at least did better than on Sunday.

NASCAR races on Memorial Day must be a new thing. Not a spectacular number, and it should be noted that the race started in the afternoon. The reruns that followed were condensed. The first one especially.

Ironically, on the very day of the race (4.7 million watched what was simply called "Indy Car Series"), The CW once again had a 2-digit number for total viewers in thousands. Not as bad as the last time it happened, but still ...

And The CW was "Rising" in the ratings until its second Monday night hour, which like many of the network's shows this week, had a 1 as the first digit in the total number of viewers.
