I always think Ill get here sooner than I actually do. But here I am.

Football did better for The CW this week. The novelty of "Whose Line" seems to be wearing off but the second episode is new, or at least it says it is. Normally even a rerun goes up.

Why did Fox not start Friday with football?

"Found" got lost.

New game shows on The CW do a little better than what was there before.

What is "Joan"? Apparently no one cares. However, no one seemed to notice that "Sullivan's Crossing" was new.

"All American: Homecoming" had its finale, and good riddance.

For the debate, in addition to the broadcast channels, Fox News had 7.9 million viewers, MSNBC 4.9, CNN 3.4, Newsmax 1.0 and Fox Business 300,000. No separate numbers for post-debate analysis. Notice that on the Big Three I called the pre-debate show "News special" even though each network had a different name for it.

And there we are.

I like the way this site does "Football Night in America". The site that no longer posts ratings used to have a different number for each half hour and then a Pre-Kick show. none of this is really necessary and the first half hour always got really low numbers because, well, the big game wasn't over.
