Now you can chat at work without anyone knowing! Well, I will need to be a little discreet, but it's doable. There will be more typing errors.

I saw this thread at the CW and have been lurking on it sometimes. I thought it was finally time to meet the trio that's always on this thread title. My username was the same on the CW, MissNiChloe, maybe you recognize the name? Probably not. How is everyone?

This thread is open to everyone, obviously, and we always need fresh blood, excuse me, fresh conversationists. Glad you made it over here.

I'm just very shy. I've posted in a few of the forum games on the CW occaissionally. Anyways, I hope everyone is well.

I have been reading "Death comes to Pemberly", by P.D. James. Has anyone heard about it. It really is quite good.
James seems to have studied Austen her entire life.

I looked it up after you mentioned it. I'll have to try it out if you like it that much. Welcome to our thread avp and NiChloe. We are glad that we have somewhere to keep chatting with old friends.

Maybe I'm just remembering it being mentioned in one of the Nancy Drew PC games. Maybe that's where you've heard of it too, avp.

Pemberly is Mr. Darcy's home from Pride and Prejudice.

Isn’t Death comes to Pemberly a continuation of the story of Pride and Prejudice? I seem to remember it getting good reviews and it is on my must read books for the year list.

My username was the same on the CW, MissNiChloe, maybe you recognize the name? Probably not. How is everyone? Welcome to our little family. The rules on this thread are very simple respect the posters and have fun. We talk about a lot of different subjects, when in doubt on what to post talk about food.
