I don't ever seem to wake up in the middle of the night for long enough to realize I did.
And I felt so much better this morning than most days in recent weeks. I haven't used any kind of medication, until Saturday night. Maybe that was it.
I've avoided allergy medicine even though I have allergies, because I'm going to the mountains later this week and don't want anything to make me feel lousy. But it's usually just old newspapers that are causing the allergies, so the symptoms go away. And I won't likely have to start sleeping well again because I've made the necessary changes in my diet when I travel. I don't have problems sleeping.

I may try that sis thanks, I may also try listening to some soothing music before going to bed as well to see if that will help me unwind as well! Chances are you won't find that on AM or FM radio. I keep waking up before 6:30 and never really get back to sleep. I have a lot of soothing music CDs though Kyle that's is what I meant to say |

Well, I was up all night again... then fell asleep when I should be waking up...  But, weird thing is, sometimes, I think of the best story ideas at night... now, I have two books to work on... one of them, I plan to try doing a saga or series... and one, is just one book, but who knows, its a type of book that if it sells well when I finally get it published (which will probably be many years later), I may write a second one or something... I don't know... a girl can dream, can't she? |

i went to bed around 11ish and still managed to wake up about 6:40ish, I will be so glad when my neighbors get back so i can stop taking the dog out in the mornings!

I spent a lot of time awake the night before I left for the mountains. It was hot after having been cool.
And last night I woke up several times. I thought it was 6:15 and I hated that I wouldn't be able to sleep for much longer. Then I went to sleep and thought I was late meeting the person picking me up for breakfast. It was 4:00.
