I don't remember all who contributed to this way back when ... mollie, wilco, the peerless SusieQ, and names lost to time -- but I'm reviving it for nostalgia's sake.
Well, that and I visited the Inappropriate Thrift Store yesterday. It's a regular thrift store, but everything just seems a little off, from the music they play (turns out, it takes about two choruses of "Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me" before I start snickering inappropriately) to the "Women's Bottoms" sign posted over the skirts and pants.
So, here's the fascinating product that started it all, the multi-purpose General Lubricant, WD-40 (its size appears to be reduced -- clicking with the hand will enlarge it

That's right, it cleans & protects, loosens rusted parts, AND frees sticky mechanisms! According to the official site's FAQ's, it also penetrates and lubricates. What *doesn't* it do?
Don't forget their other fabulous inventions, the Smart Straw ("Simply flip it up for a precision stream") and the No-Mess Pen (works like regular WD-40 but "without messy overspray and with minimal odor!").
