I have mixed emotions on last night's episode. I thought maybe I'd take the night, process it, sleep and see how I felt about it in the morning and my feelings still haven't changed. I think Stefan is an outright asshole. I think if he just expects everything to go back to the way it was with Elena, he has another thing coming. I think Elena was a little bitch for what she said to Damon and how she hurt him.

And if she gets pissed about Damon and Rebekah's little hookup, she has NO right and Damon had every right because he was hurt. I have to admit I am glad that Damon didn't rush out and kill someone like he used to when he'd have his heart broken or he was hurting, that was a nice change. Vicious Damon is a scary Damon. But I do understand why he and Bekah went to each other; they both needed some sort of outlet for their hurt and pain, so it makes sense. I don't have to like it though.

I found myself feeling a bit bad and feeling some sympathy for Klaus last night, because I think Caroline really hit the nail on the head in regards to Klaus, his father and finding love. I loved the picture he drew for Caroline of her and a horse. Beautiful and kind of sad. It kinda makes me understand Klaus a bit better though, and I do think he really fancies her and it's not just an act. I can't see him buying her expensive jewelry and dresses and showing her his art as well as drawing something for her if it were an act... Hmmm... And I have unsettled thoughts about Esther and killing off all her children... I really don't want Elijah to die.
