You think you're being a good store manager but you're just being a prick. The store is going to hell and if you did more than sit in your office checking numbers all day or showed more concern about your employees then maybe they wouldn't quit leaving. Just because our store is the one to be doesn't mean squat and i can't wait for the day when you get replaced.
