How great to see what Brienne's going to look like, too. She's one of my favorite characters in the books. They did a really good job of 'uglying' up that actress as well! I'll find a pic of her when I get home so you can see the comparison. |

I always pictured a strawberry blonde, lol!
It's amazes me still that people can watch/read the same exact thing and walk away with completely different perceptions! It happens in the SPN forum all the time...people will talk about an episode and I'll be all "What frakkin' show did you watch?"

You couldn't be Brienne and not be an excellent fighter and swordswoman. If the actress wasn't already, when she won the role, I'm sure she had to delve into learning it rather intensely.

I always pictured her looking like xena Sent from my SPH-M910 using ProBoards I loved Xena. But Brienne is described as being ugly (what's a kinder word to use here?) and man-like, and I always thought of Xena as being pretty hot. But Brienne probably has the noblest heart of any of the characters I've seen so far. In fact, she reminds me a lot of Eddard Stark in that. |
