Promo for episode 16 & 17

So we see a bit of Cas, or not Cas? He looks pissed off lol, and if you look closely there is a body behind him. Wonder what he was doing.

Also, most importantly, we see Sam on a gurney looking horrible and out of it. My original theory was that Sam put him self in the Asylum, but going by the clip I don't think he willingly went. I now think that Dean put him there

And now we have to wait four weeks instead of 3 for episode 16. I just want to punch the CW

He DOES look pissed! I wonder if that will be from the scene that puts him in the loony bin.

As for poor Sam, I'm thinking Dean puts him there too. He looks really out of it.

Are you saying that whatever not!Cas has been doing it gets him put in the asylum? That's an intresting theory because I wonder how the picture Misha posted fits in to the episode. My theory is it will be a hospital scene for not!cas! and the majority of episode 17 will probably be about not!Cas's struggle without Sam and Dean.
