Geez, what is the deal with the morons who seem to inhabit the offices of CW? Right as the latest episode ends and the preview starts, we're told that we'll have to go through a mini-hellatus, that is, wait until March 9 for another new episode of Supernatural. Then, a few hours later, viewers are told that, no, that wasn't correct, the next new episode will not air until March 16. I'm going to ask this question again: how in the hell can anyone keep track of the season's storyline when we get 8 episodes then a month's break, 3 episodes and a month's break, e episodes and a month's break? How do you expect to get new viewers when they can't even count on seeing a show for more than 3 weeks at a time? Have any of you people actually run a television network before or was your last job as a spear catcher for the javelin team? You CW network people have me flummuxed. Of course, if that was what you had planned all along, then: JOB WELL DONE.

Did they ever say why it's the 16th instead of the 9th?
Truthfully, I'd think the 9th would be better. I believe the 16th is the part of the first weekend of March Madness, aka the NCAA Basketball Tournament. With the 9th, they'd have a little momentum going into tournament season.

I haven't heard a reason for the change from March 9 to March16. I suppose the monkeys that run CW are currently examining their own poop to come up with a reason.

If they were smart they would've finished out February with new episodes and then took a hiatus in March due to both the NCAA tourney (I will freak out if my Hoosiers are playing during a new epi of SPN!) and the release of The Hunger Games in theaters toward the end of the month which will likely have a huge opening weekend.

Still waiting for proof that CW is staffed by actual human being who make really bad programming decisions versus monkies who just like playing with their poop.

You realize that, by comparing them to CW Network programmers, you are insulting monkeys, don't you?

Well, I suppose so, but until monkeys can find this forum, I figure I'm safe.

It's a week later, but I am still pissed at the knuckle-draggers who run CW.

Well, I suppose so, but until monkeys can find this forum, I figure I'm safe. If you read our rules and guidelines thread you'll see that there is actually a monkey clause included there! Believe it or not. But we wouldn't stoop so low as to make one for CW programmers.

Hmmmm...a monkey clause? Is is pro- or anti-monkey? Is it anything like Santa Claus? Is there an escape clause? Can CW programmers be fired for cause? Yeah, yeah, I know....no "L" in cause, but it sounded like a good way to end the rant.

Except for these guys: http://i1130./albums/m537/mistermoonlight1/flyingmonkeys.jpg [/img] They still kinda scare us.
