Imo, you can reply to posts but you should also vent while doing it.

As for the socks, i found some that fit for the time-being at Big Lots.

Up again in the early hours ... too mad to sleep. I thought if I got up and mopped the front room, I might be tired enough to fall asleep. Well, I'm tired ... but I can't find the off switch. When I get royally punished for helping someone in a major way I can't afford, the only way I seem to switch thoughts is to go back in my mind and remeber the previous ten times something like this happened. Hopefully, I won't have things like this happen in my future. I will try to keep a list on me that tells people where to go for food or financial help or housing or car financing or cigarettes if they come to me with a sob story. If they want $10.00 to pay a fine so they don't have to go back to jail for a few days, I will extoll the virtues of being provided a place with a meal (skimpy though it may be) and a place to sleep and a cellmate to keep them warm at night.

I can't stop thinking about this guy who I think I'm in love with. I mean, I understand that he has alot of stuff going on in his life, but I need constant assurance that I'm...somehow important to him.

I'm trying to control my evil side, which is telling me to go out, get wasted, and have sex with EVERY other guy who appeals to me. I'm impatient, insecure, afraid, and I don't like these feelings because I am NOT a weak woman.

I removed the picture of him that I had by my bed (actually, I smashed the frame and tore up the picture) but I will NOT destroy all the poetry I wrote about him.

My mom says that I'm way too impatient, and that if it's meant to be...well, it's meant to be.

Grrr.

I think I did. I updated my vent on the Tanmi thread because it's mostly not venting.

I never find good enough socks anywhere else but that one store. I don't want a gold toe. I don't want a silver toe. Everything else other than the brands I already had feels weird. And where did all those uncomfortable socks I tried go? I now wear regular socks for yard work and probably shouldn't.

I hate the mall hours here... 10am-9pm. Unless i stay up and wait to go to the mall after work then i'm left to wake up early and get there before i go in.

My sis is convinced that i gave S money for his house when indeed it was the damn mylife thing i signed up for.
Melissa claims that i lied when i said i wasn't going to get back w/S like it's a big deal that i changed my mind. Now of course, in retaliation she came up w/her own lie saying that she was moving out last week and into her boyfriend's house. Sadly i fell for it.

I told her when i saw her after coming home from the mall that i was sorry for being such a bitch and in response she said she didn't believe a word i said... I then went into my room, closed the door, and by about 4pm i was passed out.
I woke up about 12 hours later cuz i was hungry and she came down while i was on the comp. I continued to ignore her until she left for work. Neither one of us is fully awake when we leave for work so i figured i'd leave well enough alone.

Sisters. You can't live with them or without them.

Oh shit. My left eye has this big blood spot in it...that can't be good.

I should go to the doctor tomorrow, but I just want to sleep for days. I've been up since 4am, and I'm SO exhausted. But I can't sleep. This sucks.

I was trying not to post something that wasn't a vent. I forgot earlier.

I finally got some relief last night. I won't say I have had trouble breathing for an entire week, but except when I took allergy medicine on Saturday night breathing seemed more like a voluntary activity than something automatic. It's a pain. Literally. My chest hurt most of the day yesterday and right now. But the cough syrup I took Tuesday night didn't make my nose run. My nose finally ran last night and I was feeling better. I slept better last night too except when I got up around 3:30 and couldn't relax again for the longest time. But then the clock radio came on just after 7. Then my wash finished and I was wishing I could lie in bed longer. But I had things to do. I can't just stay in bed because I'll get used to it and I won't have time to do anything. okay, it would mean less time on the computer, but there are other days when it would mean more than that. I've been walking around in a fog for most of the past week. Even today.

And where is that buzzing coming from on my radio? I wont be able to hear Mike Huckabee.

I turned off the first radio the only way I know how, which means it comes back 20 minutes later. Still buzzing.

The radio still made the buzzing noise this morning.

I have another buzzing noise on my car radio which only started recently. It's not constant. At first it went away when I stepped on the brake. Now it gets worse if I step on the brake. It also got worse and still gets worse if I step on the gas. Going downhill I don't have it. And it's not related to power lines. The buzzing at home I have determined is power line related, but I don't know why. It happens in the car. Most of the time there's little interference even from these lines. I know from researching the subject that it's a main line supplying the rural cooperative, but there's no excuse for this.

And why, even if the weather has gotten nicer, is my allergy still bothering me? I would actually be better off if I could sneeze, and I did once. But my nose is stuffy for some reason. Tomorrow night I think I'll try again with the cough syrup, but this time instead of actul allergy medicine I'll try Tylenol Sinus. That may cure the specific problem that has been such a pain--literally--for the past week.

This darn issue from Firefox is getting on my nerves

First, i ran my anti-virus and adblock software and removed the cookies/tracking thingies. Then, i ran windows update with no success. Grrrr.
After that, i tried to get on the menu under Firefox to check for updates (it's hard to explain) without success.

Apparently i have an outdated version of something and every time i try to dl it tries to give me Norton which i do not want.

On the other hand, I had an allergy headache earlier. This is why I think the Tylenol might help tomorrow. The cough syrup may make my nose run and be less stuffy.

Why not tonight? If I end up feeling lousy I'd rather it be on a Sunday. Saturday is a very busy day.

And my TiVo keeps yelling at me every time I save a show I don't have time to watch. And last night it gave me the dreaded "won't record". I'll be so glad when series TV is over for the summer.
