*still refuses to eat bacon* Oh, that's fine, more bacon for Timmy then. I'm sure he'd enjoy them.

Well I'm outing myself on these boards as a Glee fan. I have watched faithfully for three seasons. But tonight I think was the last straw for me with the show. The finale really pissed me off.
The reason I am such a Glee fan is Chris Colfer the wonderful actor who plays Kurt. I think he is amazing and oh I could listen to him sing Defying Gravity all damned day long. Such a voice he has. Anyway tonight they wroteit so that he wasn't getting into the school in New York that he auditioned for and totally nailed. What really makes me so mad I could spit is that they wrote it so the spotlight hog of the show Rachel/Lea Michele got into the school.
I was so mad when it ended that I wasn't ever going to watch Glee again. But then I calmed down and decided to watch the season premiere and see if they fix it for Kurt. If they don't I'm done.
I HATE season finale time. Bones was not good, NCIS:Los Angeles has me so worried I can't wait for September and tonight it was Glee that pissed me off. The only "good" finale was Criminal Minds and that was ONLY because there was no one in jeopardy this year!!
It's enough to make a fan quit watching TV at all My response is on the Off Topic thread. Certain people get upset if I do anything other than vent here. But I do have something to vent about. I rushed through what I had to do at the college library because I told the virus people to call me between 1:00 and 3:00 today. I think that's right. She had an Indian name so they could have gotten confused. It has been 30 minutes and I'm getting concerned, though there's another hour and a half to go. Meanwhile, I had to "Diagnose connection problems" and "repair" just to get on the Internet ... AGAIN. I was hoping to do that while the person was on the phone. I'm contacting them again through live chat, if I can figure out how. Right now it's downloading and initializing software I thought I already had. And I have gotten no response from the web site that banned me. If I get the response by mail, which I might Saturday since I'm waiting to go to the post office until I need extra exercise, it means they don't intend to do anything. If ... There's the phone.

That is really frustrating Kyle. I hope you get it sorted out soon. And no worries about responding to ppl. I thought we had this worked out but i meant to thank you for editing and/or moving your other posts. As for my vent: I am quite annoyed that certain ppl have been using this thread as a conversation thread instead of it's original concept.

And my response to your vent: As long as it quickly gets back to it's original purpose, I see no problem with it. And now, my vent: Seriously, I think my dad is keeping me from driving for some reason... first he says I MUST drive and now, when I finally have the confidence and determination, dad keeps postponing it... what the heck???

The tech support person finished up a few minutes ago. After all this, I don't know whether he actually did anything. I saw a 0 change to a 1 but it might have changed back. Of course, it took all that time to figure out what to change. Then when the computer was rebooted I STILL saw the red X in the lower right corner of the screen. If it's there I can't get on the Internet. It changed to a yellow triangle with an exclamation point. I waited for the man to tell me what to do, and that may have been enough time for the problem to clear up on its own. Going to the Internet after that went normally. Still, it takes such a long time to turn the computer on. And then I have to wait for it to be able to access the Internet?

our past is designed to make us stronger though according my old psychology teacher, i used to write a lot of old papers on my past and she kept reminding me "Your past is your past and it makes you who you are and it makes you stronger because of it!"

I have a lawn mower being repaired by Sears. When they are finished, they deliver it to a local Sears store for me to pick up. I got an automated call telling me that it's ready. I went to the store to get it and was told that the automated calls get made when the truck leaves the repair shop but the truck hadn't arrived yet. I was told that the truck never arrived later than 4:00pm. So, I went back at 4:15pm. No truck yet. I was driving away and a truck was heading into the store. I turned around and went back. I was told, "We thought it was the truck too, but it wasn't the one." That night, I got another call on my answering machine that the mower had arrived. It was 7:20 when I got the message, but was surprised to hear on the message that the store was open until 9:00pm. So I drove back to the store. It closed at 7:00pm and is never open past &:00pm. The next day, I went back to the store. The truck hadn't come. I said, "You mean it left yesterday and still hasn't arrived?" They didn't know what happened. At %:00pm, I was near the store and went back. The truck hadn't come and they were going to call the repair shop and see what happened and call me back. That was yesterday. I called today at 2:00pm. Someone was on the phone with the repair shop that minute and was trying to find out about when the truck was coming. I was told she would call back. At 3:00pm, she called to say that they told her that deliveries are now on Mondays. I asked why they said it was done and ready for pick-up TWICE and told me their store hours were until 9:00pm? She said she didn't know and would try to get that resolved. I also asked, since Monday is Memorial Day, whether the store would be open. She said, the store would be open but there would be no deliveries. I think the situation is kind of funny, but it is an example of what I go through all the time and how badly people do simple jobs -- even with technology assistance.

My ex just won't leave me alone, will he? He won't stop contacting me and I just found out from a friend at college that my ex was asking him how he could get back together with me... Ha! Like that's gonna happen! Not after all he did to me!

Why the hell does everyone think they need to be 'extra careful' around me and be more 'in control' around me!? Seriously, that just pisses me off that everyone thinks I'm too stupid to know anything! I may have been more worried when I was younger, but that's NORMAL! The ONLY reason I still freaked a little when I was between the ages of 16-18 was because my parents neglected to teach me otherwise... they have never taught me ANYTHING! They always expected me to teach myself... probably because they thought I would not amount to anything anyways, therefore I'm not worth their time... and now, I'm smarter than they think I am and they still won't listen to me... I only have an associate's degree in psychology but I know way more than my mother ever knew and she has a bachelor's in psychology... I'm the first one person who even went to college and got a degree on my dad's side... and they still think I'm not smart enough to know anything? They still think I don't know how to do anything? My whole family thinks this way! All of my younger cousins are geniuses... I'm the idiot compared to them! I can't wait until I can just get the hell away from here!!!

You're day will come Chloe. I hate this... I came over to S's house to spend time w/him and he's passed out on the couch. Meanwhile, i'm waiting on these slow-ass dl's of movies twiddling my thumps cuz i'm bored. He decided to go out to the park earlier while i was sleeping and it tired him out. *steals one of his cigarettes*

I woke up before 5 this morning and never did get back to sleep. I spent most of the time in bed and was sort of halfway asleep some of the time, but I have been walking around in a fog all day.
More details on the food thread.

Updating my virus software problem:
The red X still appears in the lower right corner of the screen, then changes to a yellow triangle, but apparently there is no problem with my getting on the Internet.
Except it takes so long to sign in to the email that comes with my Internet access!

It's just a cleaning but i know i have at least 2 cavities (probably even more) so i know i'll have to come back. I can just imagine the look on his face when he sees my tar stains on my front teeth from smoking so damn much. Hopefully after my visit, these recurring headaches will go away. Until then, i'll just keep over-abusing Advil.
