David, is the vid from "The Translation" closest to what you look like now? The most recent picture was me in the bank while working on a movie. I still look pretty much like I did in the right hand pictures of the 6 photo array, except I don't bother shaving much and my sleep apnea mask messes up my hair. It makes me fit in better with the other people in the soup lines. As my hair gets longer, more grey shows up but it mainly disappears when my hair is cut. I am fortunate in that I don't have to look at myself very often and I try to stay home most of the time to spare other people. |

My hair is a bit shorter than it was in the picture of me as the Italian maiden, and I wear much more casual than that for everyday wear but for special occasions and for church i tend to dress up a bit more

I am closer to being able to get my picture taken. Yesterday, since I wanted to use the Sears gift card that was sent to me when I redeemed some of the points I earned for using a Sears credit card (which can be used almost anywhere), I decided to look again at their electric razors. I don't know whether I missed this one or didn't want it because it was a style I have never used, but I found one with a cord that actually gives a close shave rather than making your stubble look good  which is also in my price range. I actually have money left on the gift card because it must have been on sale. It's a Norelco with three rotating heads but I'll take it. I've always used Remington but after my last one, no thanks. Besides, I can't find one with a cord. Rechargeable is unacceptable because what if it didn't charge and doesn't work when I need it NOW? Although at my church it would be no big deal. I just need to look good from time to time. If you are my Facebook friend, or if you have a Facebook friend who has me as a friend, you can see my photo. David has a picture of me with a group from my church but I can't ask him to post a link to that one since I didn't ask any of those people for permission, and because there is identifying information that I don't want people to know. My Facebook picture is from that picture but just has me. |

The directions for taking care of it are so complicated that I'm not sure how it'll be in a few months. I've never used a three-head razor. You have to clean each head every so often, and I'm worried I'll break them. The main problem is it keeps coming unplugged. How hard is it to design a cord so it plugs in to the razor securely?  At least with a rechargeable it still runs, but the rechargeable razors I've been seeing didn't have a cord. Still, I would always plug the old one back in so I woudn't lose the charge. The next step is to get a haircut. I used to say on the Gilmore Girls board that I looked like Michel instead of Dean. |

What's done? So I've had the electric razor for a week and already I can't get the top back on after cleaning. Can NO ONE design anything that works? And it makes a noise I don't like. I don't know whether it'll work right when I shave again. And more importantly, what if using it when the top isn't on it right going to break it like the other two I have? I'll try again on Thursday. Maybe there's something specific I didn't do when putting the top on. It is triangular, so maybe I put it on the wrong way. There are three ways rather than two with the others. Anyway, I still haven't gotten a haircut so no photo yet. |

Yup. ![]() She's addicted to facebook. Ever since FB added that timeline thing, I don't hang out there as much. ![]() I find the Timeline hard to use. Posts jump from the left to the right or back, and I have to remember to read what's in both columns. On the other hand, it's somewhat easier to read old posts and there's less clutter if a person plays games. I got a haircut this morning, so I'm ready to have my picture taken. Shaving yesterday was a chore but if I hold the top of the razor it will give me a close shave. Pressing the top of the razor against my face, though, probably caused the screens of the last two razors to break, which causes the cutting heads to hurt my face. I just hope I haven't done anything to make that happen with the new one. Oh, and it's still hard to keep it plugged in. I don't have arthritis but holding the razor with both hands this way makes me feel like I do. |

The razor worked pretty well Sunday, but I have to figure out how to keep that cord plugged in. All that off-and-on can't be good for the razor.
I mostly use the trimmer on an older razor to get to the point where it's like I shave every day.
Now, when will I get my picture taken?
