what book to read together!

Hey GF, I've been dealing with internet connection problems all this week and haven't had a chance to catch up yet, but I should be good to go for tomorrow night through chapter 8.

That sounds great, as I had to deal with a software problem that kept me offline for hours today, and now we're dealing with a denial of service attack on ProBoards, so sadly, I'm behind. Tuesday sounds wonderful.

Made the mistake of going out to do some yard work today, and I must have stayed out too long. It sapped all my strength, so basically I didn't get much done, and I've still not read the rest of the book. I'm sorry.

Oh thats def ok moon i no how that is somedays i dont have the energy to read either and if i push myself anyways i end up readin myself to sleep anf cant member any of what ive read lol

I do apologize for that. I'll be reading it before I go to sleep tonight. Reading before I go to sleep is an old and enjoyable habit. In fact, I don't know if I could even sleep at all if I didn't have something good to read to get me started towards sleeptime.

I've got the day off tomorrow, so I'll have plenty of time to make it through the rest of the book.

I like to read bfore bed if im not tired usually all i do is read most the day lol its hard right now cuz i am reading the book club books and i have a few books im reading on my kindle but its hard readin those like normal cuz i like to b careful with that and i dont lay down with it the way i do with normal books i can read those and set them down til i can come back but i dont do that with my kindle

I always like to have a few books goin at once cuz sumtimes i get bored or tired of one and like to switch ifi only read a book club book i wont stick yo the allotted chapters ill read ahead but if i have a nother book as well i can focus on that lol

Usually I only have one going at a time, but the past week or so, with Gatsby, I had three. I do like to always have my next book lined up, though, in fact I like to have a choice of several so that I'm never caught without, if one turns out not to be as engrossing as I'd hoped.

And I get depressed too, when I finish some books, especially series books, like the Harry Potter ones, or the last of the books published that Game of Thrones is based on. That one I know there's gonna be at least 4 years to wait before the next one, and I'm always hoping that nothing happens to the author, so that they can continue.

I have never read either of those series and im the same way about books thats y i always buy books n bulk but sumtimes i find i am not interested in those books and prefer sumthing else

I have my copy of The Help, in fact I just rolled over with my chair to where I had put it and I have now right beside of me as I type and it will be my second time reading it so I am looking forward to reading and discussing it, just let me know when you all are ready to begin!

And we usually do fridays and sat for discussions at seven pm is that a good time for you anti
