Let The Games Begin 8-26-13
JOE’S BARN: The Intrepid Trio (Angie, Joe and Norrie) awaken from sleep and discover there is a caterpillar inside the mini-dome. Based on the color of the caterpillar, Joe said it would become a monarch.
Following is a summary of the videoclip shown below.
The Intrepid Trio realized they needed to investigate who else had a seizure so they could find the 4th hand.
When The Intrepid Trio left, we saw Dodee was out of sight, but was spying on them.
PORCH: Big Jim and Barbie chat about Max. Neither one had anything nice to say about her. They decided to search for a location where she might have hidden her evidence against them.
COUNTY CLERK’S OFFICE: Big Jim and Barbie found a list of properties bought by Max’s holding company.
Max walked in and surprised them, but she did not catch on to what they were doing.
In deference to SoCal’s remarks about her hair, Max gave Big Jim a shopping list that contained her special conditioner. Then, she dragged Barbie away with her. I won’t bore you with the repetitive threats from Max.
JOE’S BARN: Dodee crept to the mini-dome and tentatively placed her hand on it. WHAM! The mini-dome caused Dodee to soar across the barn.
The Intrepid Trio heard a loud noise and rushed in. They saw Dodee lying unconscious.
CLINIC: Dodee did not remember how her hand was burned or why she passed out. They all went with the story that she was hurt by a transformer outside the radio studio.
The medical person mentioned someone had a seizure during the 10th grade dance and Angie became excited. When everyone thought Junior passed out from drinking at the dance, Angie now realized he probably had a seizure.

POLICE STATION: Julia walked in and saw Officer Linda searching through files. Linda explained the conversation she had with thenosy neighbor concerned citizen about the propane storage. After showing Julia the video where Max handed money to Duke, they located a safe deposit box key in Duke’s hat.

MOTOR BOAT: Big Jim zipping across the water…
DOWNTOWN: While driving a police cruiser, Junior glanced at a man walking down the street. The guy looked nervous and began to run. Junior chased him down and brutally slammed his face onto the cruiser. His offense? He had stolen a box of salt.
The salt was one of the items that would gain entry into the cement factory/fight club.
CAR: Maxine and Barbie talk about why she was dragging Barbie with her. (See clip posted previously)
FIGHT CLUB: When they arrived at the club, Maxine said to Barbie, “Welcome to my brave new world.”
MAX’S MANSION: Big Jim wanted to search for Max’s “evidence” and chatted up a sweet lady who was the caretaker.
FIGHT CLUB: More blah blah blah from Maxine.

DOWNTOWN: The Intrepid Trio walked frantically down the street while Angie explained why she thinks the 4th hand is Junior. Then Angie blurted out that Junior had kidnapped her. Little brother vows to kill Junior.
Angie said she needed to show them something.
BANK: Julia and Linda broke into the room holding the safe deposit boxes.
FIGHT CLUB: When Junior showed up (out of uniform), the doorman/bouncer refused to let him in because he already knew Junior was a cop. When Junior tried to push past him, the guy punched Junior AND took his salt.
Maxine informed Barbie that he and Victor were the main event. More repetitive threats from Max to make Barbie fight.
MANSION: Big Jim searched for the evidence while the sweet lady made tea.
Wait! She is not a sweet lady; she is Maxine’s bitter mother who hates everyone in Chester’s Mill. And…she is holding a rifle on Big Jim and shoots a vase to demonstrate her prowess with the weapon.
FIGHT CLUB: Men pounded on each other and the audience was gleeful.![]()
MANSION: Maxine’s mom (Agatha/Claire) got pregnant at age 16, dropped out of school, and people in Chester’s Mill treated her like dirt. The men would use her body and then shame her in public.
Claire revealed secrets about Barbie, including his role in the death of Julia’s husband.
Big Jim did not believe Claire was capable of killing a man and snatched the rifle from her.
PAINTER’S STUDIO: Angie showed the painting to Joe and Norrie.
Junior entered and became upset that Angie had revealed their special moments.
Joe ran over to attack Junior which was like a marshmallow attacking a flame.
FIGHT CLUB: Victor pulled a cheap shot to deliver the first blow.![]()
A bleeding Barbie fought valiantly. He would have won the battle, but he threw the fight to get back at Max.
Max told Barbie she knew he would throw the fight so she had bet on Victor. She smirked.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX: Duke’s "To Whom It May Concern" letter stated the reason he became involved was the drug kingpin guaranteed no drugs would EVER be sold in Chester’s Mill by anyone. (I guess that is why Rev. Coggins had to make his own supply.)
Julia also opened her husband’s box and discovered a $1 million life insurance policy.
MOTOR BOAT: Claire fell off the boat. Her hands were tied together and prevented her from swimming. She begged Big Jim to help her. He considered helping her the same way he considered letting Angie out of the bunker. He left her in the water.
INSIDE A ROOM: Barbie was in pain and was holding his side where he had taken a vicious shot.
Max crawled all over him as if she was a snake and she forced a kiss on his lips. She told him about her plans to live large and included Barbie in her plans.
Barbie was not interested and pushed Max away. He ignored her repetitive threats.
BIG JIM’S HOME: When a tired Big Jim arrived home, Officer Linda was waiting for him. He invited her to come in, but she wanted him to come with her to the station for a chat. Big Jim said he was tired and all he had done for the town should entitle him to some courtesy. Linda caved in and told him to be at the station at 8 AM or she would have to come back and put him in cuffs.
