It's back!
I don't even care that Carrie is so smart. Oh, yes I do.
But she has that beautiful smile and all that hair.

Carrie is very talented. Now of course chasing suspects can be done withe a stuntwoman and a pretty wig. But she has the ability to interrogate suspects and she has that pleasant way of dealing with people.
"Cable famous". I'm not sure why she reacted the way she did to that term.
They really relied heavily on her memory last night.
I didn't take that comment about Sugar Ray Leonard as a lightweight as an insult. I thought that was his weight class. But that argument between the two cops about what type of fighting is better was interesting.
I don't know why it's surprising to me Carrie likes boxing.

As much as I like her smile, I think Carrie smiles entirely too much.
I haven't finished watching last night's episode because I started so late it was time to go to bed before it was halfway over. I'll see the rest sometime.
That man's comment about New York's prettiest detective was wrong. He hadn't met Carrie.

I stopped watching when there were all those red dots.
I'm glad they got all that straightened out and Carrie wasn't hurt. But she can't be. She's the star.

Carrie wears hot dresses when she gambles.
Is there anything she can't do?

Wow, I never thought they'd get out of that one. I didn't consider the possibility until Eliot got on the elevator with Carrie, but what they did was done with Peralta on "Brooklyn Nine-Nine". Peralta, though, had to go undercover for several months.
But they didn't really get out of it because whatever happened had not happened yet! What caused everything to go over by seven minutes??? I changed the settings on my TiVo but I never even thought about the fact that this is Sunday night and CBS on Sunday night cannot be relied on.

I saw the rest of it online. It was worth it. I don't know why it's sexy for Carrie go after someone with a gun.

I wondered why I did not see the episode you were talking about. When I checked the settings for Unforgettable, it showed "record repeats only". I have no idea how that happened, but I corrected it. Then I told "On Demand" to record the August 3 episode, which I will watch tomorrow.

"Stray Bullet" was a good episode. Carrie and the team sure had Al Burns’ back. Carrie did excellent investigative work to connect the ex-boyfriend to Al. She never seemed flustered in spite of the veiled threats that were made against her. She kept thatcute little smile (smirk) on her face.
I think one of the prison guards had to be in on the assault on Al in prison because his cell door was not locked.
I laughed when the Captain said Melvin Stearns was transferred to the position of Chief of Parking Enforcement. TV makes internal affairs seem like they are against cops, but they do not seem to be that way in my city.

I waited patiently for "Throwing Shade" to come on, but when "60 Minutes" ended, "Big Brother" came on. I do not know when I will see it.

And I saw it. Pretty good episode and I wondered if Eliot would still be around at the end. Carrie wasn't as prominent as I would have liked.

I saw it too and I thought it was good. The Captain has an interesting life. Carrie’s memory and her charm helped to solve the case and saved the Captain from prosecution. I did not like the dress Carrie wore to the event because it hid her figure. I like her sassy clothes better.

Al has never yelled like that.
I saw a newspaper article and one of these days I'll find a link to it. It said Jane Curtin's character was more serious than the others despite her comedy background. I don't know where that came from. She's one of the funniest characters on the show.
The Asian man smiled, which I don't think he has ever done.
I liked seeing Carrie scared for a change.

I liked the playful way Carrie remembered the chess games.
Yes, Jane Curtain is hilarious. I enjoy the irreverent comments she makes to Carrie.
I really like Jay and he does have a sense of humor.
I bet Al liked seeing Carrie scared for a change too, so he can be her protector...and have something to tease her about.

I liked the chess games too. That was cute. Here's the article. decoy.tvpassport.com/news/back-dead-cbss-unforgettable-returns-despite-cancellationI only saw one episode this week. And I was afraid I had missed that one. I checked to see what was on when the episode was halfway over and I turned it on to see if it was one I had seen. It wasn't. Fortunately, I didn't try to watch the rest. I remembered that it was the other machine that records this show, because I had two others recording at the same time when I started doing it. And that was a good episode. I especially liked Carrie's training. And that nerdy but somewhat attractive blonde student. That was a beautiful school they went to. I can't believe someone who killed two people still though he would get into Harvard. I thought I had seen the second half of "Heat". None of it looked familiar. So I ended up running out of time to watch anything else. I'll get to it tonight, which means "Under the Dome" waits like it did last week.

I watched half of Unforgettable and half of Under the Dome because I was sleepy. I need to catch up during the day and then I can post comments.

That Saturday episode must have been delayed when they had to air the episode that got bumped by sports.
I've seen this week's episode now. I wonder if she wears a wig because her stuntwoman has to look just like her. It would be easier for both to wear the same wig.
Just like in the last episode, the secret to solving the case involved going through tunnels.

I saw another article which I need to find online.
I forgot to mention last week how much I liked the scenes with the black detective's daughter. Her real name is unpronounceable and German. She's light enough maybe her father is German.

I enjoyed the episode too. I hope they continue to show Carrie being mischievous during the episodes. They saw some dangerous action and I was shocked when the woman ran during the shoot out. Not the smartest thing she could do.
It looks like Carrie will be in a lot of trouble next week though.

I was watching Penn and Teller last night and Penn did a trick with a nail gun--very dangerous-- and he claimed he was never hurt because he remembered how the nails were loaded. He showed us what the nails look like before loading and some of the spaces for nails were empty. A couple of times he acted surprised there wan't a nail. That would be neat for Carrie to do.
TV listings are in Thursday's paper here. I noticed there were two episodes and they follow football. As soon as I saw that, and some other shows I didn't know were going to be on, I went home to set my TiVo. The updated listings say this show is going to be on at 9:30 and 10:30 rather than 9 and 10. However, I have to use the other TiVo to tpae Miss America. With all this to watch I hope I don't get to go to the beach because it'll be hard to keep so many shows all week. On the other hand, there aren't any new network shows for the one machine. I could just tell it not to record "Jeopardy" or news because the other machine records those just in case.

You wouldn't have to be scared for Carrie, because the writers can do whatever they want as long as Marilu Henner says it's possible.
I haven't seen either of last night's episodes. 53 pretty girls (plus the incumbent, and 16 of them in bikinis) get a higher priority than one even if that one solves murders.
And I'm not happy with the winner.
Apparently a lot of people aren't, mainly becaue of her talent with red solo cups. Seriously, everyone else was fantastic. The least talented of the finalists wins? So apparently talent doesn't count for much.
I have time for one tonight. This is the last week I get to read newspapers. After that it's TV all the time once I turn off the computer. It's even worse since next week I should go to the beach. If you see me here next Monday, you'll know I didn't.

And I just read on another site that the second episode aired mostly after I would have gone to bed.
So I wouldn't have had time to watch anyway.
At least I know to fast-forward 20 minutes in each one.

I watched both episodes when they aired, but I did retire to the bedroom to watch the second episode. I do not usually watch TV series in the bedroom, but as you mentioned, it was getting late. I kept seeing clips of the episode where Carrie was losing her exceptional memory and thought that would be the first episode, but it was not.
I thought the laundromat scene was cute although I was surprised that people would steal laundry from the hapless guy. No one argues with Carrie when she announces she is a cop. She made me laugh when she held up the jocks.
I like the foreplay between Al and Carrie, but I did not want them to take it to the next level because that is usually the death of a show. Now I am wondering where the relationship and the show is headed. I do like the way Al assured Carrie that there is more to her than her gifted memory. Jay handled Carrie's dilemma with caring and then humor. I need to add Jay to my favorite characters list.

So Carrie has a husband.
I agree about the next level, because "Northern Exposure" and "Moonlighting" (I heard the theme song on the radio for the first time in years!) both ended when that happened.
It bothered me seeing Carrie without her memory, but I guess it was good for us to get to see that once. It's hard for me to see Carrie vulnerable. I knew she had to be kidding when she "forgot" who Al was. There was no way her overexertion could have had that side effect.
I've already forgotten what the first episode was about.
