Kyle, I can see the resemblance. The contour of the face even without the eyeglasses is similar to Finch. It's a good thing I sent it when I did. She changed her picture to some logo related to cancer. And I noticed Finch has new glasses. |

Definitely Finch needs glasses. Root was guiding him while holding his arm but that was slowing them down. They got rid of Finch's glasses because Reese could track them through a device in the glasses.
The finale was a very good episode and answered most of the questions. Then, they shocked me at the very end.

Yes and that is shocking to me. The machine is not talking to Finch but it called Root. I don't want Root to be the administrator.

I don't understand why he disabled the machine to begin with? Jeff, that was a very complex story arc. Finch said people do not know the whole story behind the part he played in the virus, but he has never explained it. My guess is that when the agency killed Finch's friend and were trying to identify Finch so that they could kill him, he knew they were bad people and should not have his machine. Therefore, he created the virus that could shut down the machine. He knew once the machine shut down, he was the only one who knew where to go to answer the phone and take control of the machine. Does that make sense? |

Both Finch and Root said the person who answered the phone would be the only one who would have control over the machine. Root was holding a gun on Finch so she was the one who answered the phone; then we saw Reese answer a different phone and the voice sounded the same.
If Finch was being completely truthful, he cannot take back control. Considering Root was holding a gun on him, I see no reason for him to tell her the whole truth though.

Jeff, I agree. The show is confusing now. It seems they want to keep us guessing but it is ruining the show.

I haven't actually seen her since we were in high school together, but I follow her Facebook page and now she's not only having chemotherapy again, but she has to get an MRI to find out why she's having pain. I haven't looked at her page since I found this out. For one thing, the sign said the college library is closed and I do not go to Facebook at home. |
