Remember the house Red blew up? That was their home. We could see the aftermath of the tragedy, but we were not shown how it actually happened.

Ivan was a thrilling episode, with a twist. Ivan is a notorious computer hacker who owed Reddington $5 million. When Red caught up to him, he tricked the guy into paying the money plus interest. Then I was amused when it turned out someone was using Ivan's signature so he was not the one they needed to catch. It worked out for Red though. The special FBI team's investigation revealed who had stolen the highly classified skeleton key and the reason behind it. They did a good job. Meanwhile, Lizzy investigated Jolene's background and became determined to find her. That led to a close call with Tom and I wondered if she would get hurt. He did hit her but he was not trying to hurt her. If Lizzy had to fight Tom, I do not think she would stand a chance of defeating him so I am glad he did not want to injure her. When Tom was on the phone with his handler, he said to tell Berlin the place has been compromised. I wonder if he was sent from Germany. When Lizzy saw evidence that pointed to Tom, she was heartbroken and went to Red. The final scene between Lizzy and Red is something I have been waiting for and it was wonderful. ![]()

Tom did marry her and she loves him which is a pity. I think Red will help her to understand what Tom has been up to.
I agree with Moon that Tom has fallen in love with Lizzy.

Does everybody know what TOM really does? The special unit that Lizzy works for knows that Tom is not who he says he is, but no one knows what he does. They did come to the conclusion that Tom's sole purpose was to get close to Lizzy because she is important to Reddington. |

My guess is that we will know by the end of the season. I do not have any information that supports my guess, but I think letting Tom's secret drag on into next season would be annoying.
The Blacklist returns April 21.
