I'm shocked that someone can express so much hate for a person they don't know.

Aeryn nailed it. People that find Misha attractive are people who find his personality sexy. The Js are hotter than the sun, and that's their first appeal. Most ppl outside of our fandom don't know anything about their personalities. They'll say oh yeah, he's hot...if they even know of them at all. We're fortunate enough to know that they also happen to be amazing and adorable people. Jared gives me butterflies. He's so down to earth and quirky. Misha isn't like them. Most ppl don't see misha and go damn...he's sexy. His personality makes you notice him. I think he's gorgeous with beautiful eyes and lips...but he's so feisty that I can't help but want to tie him to my bed! I love that he's snarky, obnoxious, and crude. Ppl who aren't drawn to that prolly don't find him super attractive. Still, expressing such hate for him is just as disturbing as the crazed fans who claim to be in love with him. It's a bit extreme.

It's not really hate. I mean you really love him and find him to be the most amazing person, yet you don't know him either. For me he has presented himself at cons that make me annoyed of him. Take that sig that you have with him sticking the middle finger out. For you, I am sure you liked that moment. For me, I saw it as an insult to the Cast and Crew who work extremely hard at this show. That little moment, though you might say he was joking, for me I didn't see it as such. He was one character, not the most important. I think as a person who worked on show, he should have known that the show isn't about him. So to stick his finger finger out because they killed off his character? So what? many other, IMO, characters have died who were far more important than him, yet they never bitched about it. I guess I will also put the blame on self-entitled fans, as much as I can put the blame on Misha. Just one of many moments that he has shown in public that can justify what I say about him

I wasn't speaking up for Ben. You asked how anybody could hate on a person. I responded with my post. Just because this thread is about Benson, doesn't mean other people can't engage in conversation. Whatever, I try and not respond to you anyway because I can get a bit out there with my posts, and it does tend to upset people. But I am not one of those posters who is afraid to write what they truly thinks, but I do know it does upset other posters, so I try to bring it down a notch.

Not hate, just being honest. And if it was personality I was attracted to it certianly wouldn't be Mishas tbh, thats the first thing I dislike about him actually. I find his humor crass and over the top and literally un-funny. On the other hand the J's are literally funny and sarcastic and genuine and sweet and honest and loveable and adorable all in the one sentence :heart:

But I'm not sure if hate is the right word, I only hate evil people and even I don't think MC is evil even in the extreme.

And I get I don't really know him. I was trying to have a little fun but realised it only made me feel bad and picking on people I don't know or even do know is something that always leaves a bad taste so I'm good with calling myself out that it was not a nice thing to do.

Although like I said Castiel is another story...

I'd rather discuss Jensen and Jared and think about them anyhow.!!!

You do know that we judge on what we know right? Thats the right we have has people, we get to judge on what we like and dislike on what we know and feel about someone. I don't like him. I don't feel him. I think he's a condesending prick. And IF you want to go find evidence, the go and look at every single one of his condescending statements about every single little thing.

About the boys being homosexual on SPN about no answering questions when asked about swearing to fans and in company of young kids and conventions. No respect and I have none for him.

I also think that someone that can't speak openly about people they are friends with and about a show and be atleast genuine once i a blue moon and say something from the heart...instead of trying to be funny and it blowing most of the time is someone that is not worth my time.

I've never met anyone who has a deep and abiding dislike about a person they've never met; the only time someone has that strong a reaction is if they are personally affected in some manner. *nods*
