This British series is airing on The CW this summer.
The Las Vegas illusionists are watching people do their tricks and if they can't figure out how the trick was done, the person gets to come to Vegas and open for them.
I was hoping to find out how the tricks were done, but if they do figure it out they won't say. I only watch shows where we find out how a trick was done, and David Copperfield. But I'm enjoying this so much it doesn't matter. And several people have fooled them in each episode.

I have to say I've been enjoying this. Everyone is quite entertaining. Plus the female member of High Jinx is cute.

Why are they on Network TV for? Where do you think they should be?

Yes I dislike magic acts because they are fake.

The shows we watch are also fake. The super hero does not really run up the face of buildings...it is all for our amusement and entertainment.

I did too, and I have to keep extending it to have time for newspapers. I'm having an easier time since I watched a movie that I recorded back in November. Not realizing "Julie and Julia" were on, but they're on this weekend. So next week will be harder.

The episode was really good. I enjoyed the "ball and string" trick. My favorite contestant trick was by the Asian guy who did the card tricks and used smoke.

On the same week as the second season premiere, I saw an episode of "Modern Family" that Penn was in as a famous magician. Coincidence?
I've already forgotten what happened. But I do remember two of the magicians (or groups of them) fooled them!

I liked seeing the girl in the bikini. I saw her first when I fast-forwarded too much, and then I had to back up to see some of the introduction again. I saw her four times.
I couldn't believe that when the man showed how it was done, he STILL fooled them. I guess the more obvious you make it, the harder it is going to be to figure out how he REALLY did it.

They're both atheists. Hard to believe. Who, after all, gave them their abilities?
Teller legally changed his name to Teller. His parents gave him another name ...

Jonathan Ross promised this was coming back next week. When? Its slot has been taken by that new wacko show. Isn't every time slot now occupied by something else or are they going to make a show disappear?

Jonathan Ross is being replaced. That's disappointing. The show started out in England for some odd reason. When it moved here, he came with it, but I guess it's too much trouble to keep bringing him over from England.

Okay, it took a while, but I'm getting used to Alyson Hannigan. I had forgotten she was on "Buffy", so that may interest some people here. As for me, I only liked the Kristy Swanson version.

With the sword swallower, Alyson was nervous and acting like a squeamish little girl. Now we could have never gotten such a reaction from Jonathan.

And once again, Alyson was acting cute and girly.
Who would have believed a man without hands could fool Penn and Teller? That's because he has to do things his own way.
I liked seeing Penn and Teller show how their trick was done. It takes lots of skill and I'm still impressed.

Penn and Teller made one of their magicians disappear.
There was nothing to indicate what happened. Just all of a sudden in the middle of his introduction, one of the magicians was interrupted by a commercial. He never came back. The episode was over after less than 50 minutes. Normally, there's a blank space in the middle when something like this happens.

I thought I posted this, but I did see the rest of the episode because it was repeated on Friday and I made sure to record it. It was worth it because of the hot girl in what looked like a swimsuit.
Alyson wears the same dress every week. It's an attractive dress, but still ...

Two in one week.
And Penn's daughter. And she wouldn't give away the secret. I still wonder where the other girl went.

Penn Jillette is in the episode of Code Black that I am watching. I recognized him even though he has golden hair and facial hair. He is a patient who was just diagnosed as having a 99% probability of cancer and he said he will use magic to fool the cancer.
