Cupid killed a couple by releasing two arrows at once in different directions. She is very skilled in fighting and shooting. Our guys cannot defeat her in hand-to-hand combat. Carrie loved two men and they both died. Her bitterness led her to kill people who had just married and her message was “love is a bullet to the head”.
Felicity was very mean to Oliver but he never got mad with her. It was awkward for the rest of the team though to be around them. Oliver tried to convince Felicity that their being married would work because he would never ever lie to her again. Felicity does not think it is possible for Oliver to not hide things from her.
Det. Lance convinced Laurel that he needed to be a witness against Damien and his testimony convinced the judge to send Damien to jail to await his trial. But Det. Lance was suspended from the force because of what he did for Damien.

Yes, Arrow's world has been shaken up. Felicity decided the Arrow team can survive without her so she left the team. They do need her skills and her exit will affect them.

4.17 Beacon of Hope (3-30-16)
Arrow was exciting. The bee lady (from Flash) hacked her way out of jail and went in search of Felicity. She wanted the biochip that enabled Felicity to walk and held Felicity’s board members hostage to force Felicity to cooperate.
There was a lot of humor from Curtis and a lot of “bee” puns throughout the episode.

Trivia: Curtis Holt mentions he thought Green Arrow was "Neal Adams" from data processing. Neal Adams is an award winning comic artist who is most known for his iconic run drawing Green Arrow in the late 70's and early 80's!

Heartbreaking betrayal.

As Oliver and Felicity look for a magical solution to defeat Darhk, a vengeance-driven Diggle gets a lead on Andy's whereabouts and heads off to confront his brother. Meanwhile, Alex takes Thea on a vacation that quickly turns into a nightmare.
Oliver and Felicity visited a shaman who told them how to defeat Darhk. Oliver needs to channel his light against Damien’s dark. The problem is that if Oliver’s darkness is stronger than his lightness, he will make Damien stronger instead of repelling him.
While Oliver and Felicity were gone, the other team members supposedly took a break. But, of course, that never works out. Diggle did not inform anyone he was going to hunt down his brother – and do what – talk him to death, as usual? He did find his brother and they fought. Diggle got away, but his escape was a ruse by Damien to get close to Diggle’s wife, who had a device he wanted.
Thea went away with Alex for a weekend of relaxation, but began to notice something was wrong at their location. She has been drugged and is being held captive.
Several good things happened. Oliver was able to channel the light and repel Darhk, but Darhk will be back. Oliver and Felicity are on good speaking terms again. None of them died.

Darhk has set his genesis plan in motion. A dome was erected over an area that will house the people who were selected to live after he destroys the rest of the world. Malcolm now agrees with the plan and is forcing Thea to remain with him.
Felicity's father helped her to stop all but one of the missiles that Darhk activated, but that one missile destroyed thousands of lives.
The flashbacks show Oliver continuing to fight the man on the island who had the power of the mask that Darhk is using to channel his power. I hope the flashbacks give Oliver an idea on how to defeat Darhk.
