PCAs TONIGHT!!

Who is gonna watch & tell us the wonderful news?

Will we only find out who has won when it airs? Will we know in advance whether the boys are going, and can we read anything into that? Do we know which awards will be televised? Several people involved with the show have said that if that award s televised the boys will go, but surely that decision will have already been made?

When voting ended I was quite optimistic, but I'm not so much now. They had over 230,000,000 votes overall. I know we voted a lot, but we are a small fan base compared to some of the shows we are up against, and there were alot of votes cast. I just wish we knew. Anyone have any info?

I'm pretty sure Jared is going to be present to represent SPN, that's why he was on set shooting alot of his stuff with Mark P earlier this week so that he had time to come to the PCA's and while he's away, Jensen will shoot whatever Dean only stuff they need and finish the episode when Jared gets back.

I know Ian is going to represent TVD and I'm pretty sure that he's already there...In LA or wherever that it's held...in a hotel somewhere for the PCA's because he said on Twitter last night that he jumped on a plane last night to head over there.

I dunno if anyone else from TVD or SPN is going but that's all I know.

I don't think there's a way to find out the results in advance at all.
It's announced as they're called I think.

Best Male Actor in a Television Series
Best Sci-Fi Drama Series
Best Television show of the Year

As for our chances, I think we actually stand a pretty sporting chance, in fact I'd say I feel really optismistic about our chances of winning. We may be a small fandom, but when we all want something, and all push for it, we are certainly a force to be reckoned with.

We win polls and votes all the time, represent J2M in lots of contests and win huge things for the show like the TV Guide Cover and stuff like that.

I hope we win at least one of the above. Then again I hope Ian wins something too cause I like him also, he's a sweet, nice, good person with a really HUGE heart.

i'm not sure if jared/jensen will be at pca's..but jared is going to be at tca's on thursday for the "cw badass boys" panel from 3-3:30...jim michaels confirmed that jensen wanted to be there too but he had to work...

I really hope Jensen will be there too. If they have won they deserve to receive the award together. But I know it would be hard to organise in the middle of shooting an ep for them both to be away. Also LA is a long way from Vancouver.

Dude I think it like a 2 to 3 hour airplane flight. I know the time zones between California and Vancouver are the same. I took a cruise from San Fransicso to Alaska that stopped in Vancouver as the first port. So Vancouver is close now Toronto is far away from LA.

I'll be watching tonight!! Good news is I don't have to get up as early tomorrow, I'll be able to get in a decent night's sleep, the PCA's run until 11pm and I usually have to get up at 5-ish, but my professor canceled her class so we could get work done (pssh! as if!) lol.

Yeah Ian'll be there, and knowing how often he and Nina attend functions/events together I wouldn't doubt she'll be there too

I am so so /SO/ happy for our boys and our favorite show!! I voted for them (crazy JSer I am, I'd never abandon our boys and vote /against/ them ), and so believe they deserve every single award and bit of recognition they can get.

Jared and Jensen say that the fans are what makes SPN, but to me, /they/ make SPN. If it weren't for their acting skills, their charm, their handsome bods, there would /be/ no supernatural.

I'm really hoping this is true! And it makes sense to me, honestly. Hopefully CW will start showing SPN a lot more respect. They shove it to the side on the friday killslot, they take away all of its advertising, they take away its budget, they take away our boards, and SPN STILL WINS nearly every single award it's set out for.

Like Percy, I know I complain about some things this season, and things aren't perfect, but I love this show and want it to survive well into it's 10th season, or for as long as Jensen and Jared are willing to do it.

clif tweeted earlier that the reason jared/jensen didn't go to pca's is cuz they weren't invited..can u believe that?

@cadlymack just tweeted this...they could've gone but they weren't invited to present and their award categories weren't going to be broadcast...(not exact quote cuz i can't remember the exact wording, but smth to that effect)..which sucks cuz best drama is a big deal, imo...
