Not looking forward to it, though the retrospectives are always enjoyable.
My TiVo does not list a show at 7, but knowing they normally do this, I told it to record.
This reminds me of another glitch since the update. Every show that doesn't have details is called "To be announced". So that makes the various shows hard to find. All my 11:00 newscasts on the Time Warner channel are called "To be announced" because I can no longer access listings for that channel. However, I can get to the channel using "set up manual recording". And somehow I have another repeating recording I can't cancel.

That recording glitch is complicated.
Are you too busy? Or do you not like the direction the series is going?

I think they will let Rumple and the Evil Queen be like they were in the beginning and that should make the stories interesting. I will enjoy that.

I want Gold to be good and I was glad the Evil Queen wasn't featured much.
I was disappointed when Belle remembered how she had been treated. I was so happy when they were dancing and otherwise enjoying each other's company.
Hyde makes a good villain.
Zelena is also showing a good side and I like that.
I want to know how Granny can afford to be so generous with the "refugees".

It was a good episode, but I was disappointed that Belle will not forgive Rumple. It is even worse now that Rumple knows his son wants nothing to do with him. That is so harsh.
I think Zelena has been bitter for so long that any degree of disappointment will cause her to lash out. She can be forgiven for not being a good housekeeper, but there is no excuse for losing the one thing of Robin she was supposed to give to Regina. Why did the feather float over the bench that Regina vacated? I guess she will never get it.
It does not make sense to me that Emma is lying about her tremors. She cannot hide it and people know she is lying...so just tell the truth.
Remember the spinoff? It looks as if some of those characters will be in this season.

So we have The Count of Monte Cristo now. That was the last book I read without a reason, though it was a condensed version. I thought we were going to have to do a book report every month in the ninth grade and I thought I had gotten ahead of the game.
I felt bad that the Count lost that girl, but at least she kept him from poisoning Snow and Charming.
One of these days they have to put out a package where all these stories from the past are shown in chronological order. Not that the order can ever really be determined, but some stories had to come before others.
I like the Evil Queen better than I thought I would. Not what she does, but her attitude.
Archie shouldn't have mentioned that Bashful was a patient.

I am enjoying the episodes although it seems a lot of characters will not have a happy ending. This episode made it clearer to me why people did not want to live out their untold stories. Many of them are tragedies.
I also read the Count of Monte Cristo in high school and I am sure it was the unabridged version.
I did not realize/remember that residents could leave Storybrooke, but the Evil Queen has now restored the barrier. Maybe they could leave but not return?
Ooh, the Evil Queen has a desire to get closer to Mr. Gold. That should be interesting.
Apparently Granny turned her diner into a shelter for the homeless people and they are sleeping on mattresses on the floor.
It is kind of Hook to let Belle hide on his boat, but I do not understand why she feels the need to hide. Mr. Gold would never hurt her and if he wants to find her, he will, no matter where she is.

Excellent story.
The untold story of Cinderella had similarities to Regina and Snow’s story. Both Clorinda and Regina wanted to marry someone their mothers did not approve of. The stepsisters, Ella and Snow, revealed information about the plans and that led to years of resentment.
I did not know how Cinderella’s cruel nickname originated, but according to OUAT, her name was Ella. After her stepsister threw a gown in the fire, Ella grabbed it and it had cinders on it. The family taunted her about the cinders and that led to them calling her Cinder-ella. When her plans failed, the stepmom really wanted to kill someone and it did not matter whether it was the footman or Cinderella. The evil queen had magically zapped Emma, Henry and Hook away from town, but this time, Emma and her team were able to save a happy ending for Clorinda and the footman. Emma also magically healed a wound inflicted on Cinderella by the stepmother. I laughed when I saw the stepmom wearing an orange jumpsuit.
I do not know what happened to Cinderella and the Prince’s story. It seemed to get lost.
There have been a thousand times when OUAT has had the characters do things no rational person would do, like Emma barging into a psychiatrist’s office without knocking. Then Archie put the dwarf out so he could chat with Emma. Really? It is nice to know Dopey’s no longer a tree and pursued a master’s degree. I guess that is irony.
The coin that David said belonged to his father once belonged to Mr. gold and he gave David information about his father’s death in exchange for David taking an audiotape to Belle. I liked the way Mr. Gold sauntered along the side of Hook’s ship while the poetry was playing on the audiotape. Knowing him, there might be a spell involved with the poetry.
Whale/Dr. Frankenstein will assist Dr. Jekyll with an experiment to defeat the Evil Queen.
Evil queen released Hyde. In the promo for next episode, Mr. Hyde said the twist is that he is not the monster. What?!

I had heard the origin story of the name Cinderella, but it didn't have anything to do with a dress. The stepsisters taunted her because she sat next to the fireplace where there were cinders. I thought they had done Cinderella's story already, but they left part of it out. So what we saw before was not included this time. I'm glad Dopey is back to normal but wish we had seen it happen. Cinderella's shoe was a Converse Chuck Taylor! I have that color, too, or at least one close to it. There are half a dozen colors that it could have been, but I have most of them if not all. I have nearly all the colors, and except on rare occasions when I wear dress shoes, those are all I wear.

Rumple and Regina, once again, were involved with most of the characters in the past and it affected them in the present. Rumple added the final ingredient to Dr. Jekyll’s serum and gave him the nudge he needed to drink it. He also cleverly came up with the name “Hyde” based on Hyde being the part of Jekyll that he wanted to keep hidden. It seems the tragedy with Mary made both Jekyll and Hyde blame Rumple. I was intrigued when Hyde told Mr. Gold “I won’t harm Belle. You see, I am not the monster you need to worry about.”
I enjoyed Mr. Gold’s clean look and his bold move to trap Belle inside the protection spell on the ship. I understand why Belle is angry with Mr. Gold. That does not stop me from disliking the way she is so very harsh. He is a lot better than when she met him and perhaps she should take that into consideration.
Hyde is very intelligent and does not suffer from uncontrollable rage as he is usually shown. I was shocked when he was not affected by the dagger and was displeased when he gained control over Mr. Gold.
Belle knew something was wrong from the phrasing of Jekyll’s remarks about Mary. She stabbed him but he chased her to the top deck of the ship. Gold could not lift the protection spell to help her because he was under Hyde’s control. When Hook rescued Belle and Jekyll died, Hyde also died. That revealed the only way to kill the evil queen is to kill Regina. They need to find a way to combine the two parts of Regina.
Next week: Aladdin and Jasmine

I was disappointed when Jekyll turned out to have Hyde's tendencies. I thought what happened to Mary was an accident because he didn't seem to be pushing her. But with Belle, he seemed more like Hyde.
Hyde seemed like a nice person, very sophisticated.
And I don't like that Regina's only solution is to die. But if it was necessary for Hyde and Jekyll to die to show her the solution, I guess it had to happen that way.
Snow isn't having much success as a teacher. I still don't see how she showed the action and the opposite reaction.
Gold doesn't look right with short hair.

Did that one scene also appear in "Once Upon a Time in Wonderland"?
Also, has Aladdin ever had powers? I thought he always had a genie in all other versions.
The Evil Queen and Zelena are quite good together.
I figured that girl doing nails must be Goldilocks if the spa was called "3 Bears". But I've never seen men do nails. Where I live, most people who do nails are Asian women.

I was trying to remember what happened in the spinoff, but I mostly remember the scenes with Alice and Knave.
I was surprised when Aladdin suddenly had powers. Even though he was given powers, they glossed over what happened to him and why he used the scissors. Maybe they will show those events next episode.
Zelena is resentful, but she is not evil like the evil queen. I think the evil queen will ask her to do something that will push her too far, and their friendship will end. I agree they are good together and the evil queen is very interesting. Queen to Archie: "If the baby dies, you die." That would keep a babysitter on his/her toes.
There are both men and women working in Asian salons here, and I prefer the men. The women yak too much while they are working and the men do not.

It was funny when Emma told Jasmine “I saw the movie [Aladdin].” Was that comment breaking the 4th wall?
Jasmine said Aladdin was a savior and Emma hoped if Aladdin survived, then she could also survive. Aladdin did a nice trick with an apple to make the princess smile and I loved his entrance using the magic carpet. I laughed when “Open Sesame” worked to open the doors to the cave of wonders. I thought Jafar was persuasive when he offered Aladdin a way out and we learned that Aladdin used the scissors and fled. Then Agrabar fell.
What will Hook do with the scissors that will release Emma?

In the world in which Storybrooke exists, among those people outside of Storybrooke, are these stories just stories because they don't know about the real people encountered by the residents of Storybrooke?

I enjoyed this episode and I am glad someone had a happy ending. I know about Captain Nemo, but too much time has passed for me to remember the story.
Regina/Evil Queen and Mr. Gold’s lives are intertwined in so many ways, if they killed one, it would upset the balance of power. Evil Queen gave the magic shears to Mr. Gold and the price she requested is Snow White’s heart. Regina has forgiven Snow White, but the Evil Queen has not. Mr. Gold has gone through many trials as an ally of the Charming’s and I am not sure he would help to kill Snow White.
I am glad Emma and Hook are on good terms. I wonder if Liam and Hook will be able to bond as brothers.
