I actually watched this episode last night.
Pretty interesting introduction with Gordon finally finding Lee but it seems like she has moved on so he quietly disappeared into bounty work. I saw that Bruce has grown taller and more mature, Selina was there but still sneaky. Fish is dangerous and looking to create an army of others like her. Penguin is offering a reward for the retrieval of Fish.
Overall I did enjoy the episode, I was able to follow along despite missing most of Season 2 but I was very impressed with the episode.

Fun episode. I enjoy this show. What's with the duplicate Bruce Wayne? Where did he come from?

I enjoyed the episode and seeing most of the regulars. I am guessing that Lee will not be a regular.
I had forgotten about the duplicate Bruce. I think Prof. Strange made duplicates of both Bruce and Gordon. Strange was going to kill them and have the clones pretend to be them so no one would be suspicious. How could anyone not notice something weird about that boy?
Barbara is going to be comic relief for me because I thought her laughter and violent overkill were funny. I do not think Gordon will be interested in reuniting with her.
Too bad the Captain is once again displeased with Harvey because he tried to help Gordon.
Penguin is still my favorite villain and it is rather sad that he has no friends, except maybe Riddler. The Riddler has skills and I liked the quickly formed penguin along with his comment, "Penguins eat fish."
Cat's only girlfriend is Ivy and I know she would be upset if anything bad happens to her. Although both Fish and Barbara are bad company, I would rather see Cat with Fish than Barbara.

It's going to take a while for me to get to all the shows I have recorded. And I'm continuing to reserve two nights to just read newspapers. Even this week. And that's without a bunch of the shows even starting their new seasons yet.

This is a hard show to watch. But I decided to give the shows with yellow episodes priority, except in cases where I am watching certain episodes almost live. I couldn't watch all of them so I extended the time for some of them.
So Barnes is still alive. I had forgotten he might be. Apparently Harvey did a good job in his place. I was surprised to hear Harvey actually liked doing that job. Meanwhile, there appears to be little hope Jim will be a cop again.
That looked like a bat man in the photo. I wonder if Bruce will see that?
Barbara and her girlfriend are running Penguin's club. I recognized that one song from "Square Pegs" in the 1980s. However, Jim's cell phone is not the size of a shoe, so that doesn't tell us when the episode took place, even if the cars look right.
Butch is being accused of plotting against someone. I can't remember who. He doesn't seem smart enough.
I can't understand half of what Alfred says. It looks like Bruce is finally getting some respect from the board even if it is really fear of Alfred.
Nygma is still in the looney bin and I don't think he's as happy as he was.
Dr. Strange's nurse is finally getting what she deserves, I guess.

Re "Mad City: Look Into My Eyes"
I loved Gotham!
Cobblepot for Mayor. Heck, he might win and I notice the similarity between his slogan and The Donald’s.
The hypnotist is too good at his craft and he is murderous. But so is Barbara and I enjoyed her reaction when he suggested he might not return her love.
Gordon has had a lot of problems and they keep piling up. Valerie, the reporter, used him for a one-night stand. Then he saw Lee at the police station and she said she was moving back to Gotham with her fiancé. In addition to that, he takes on a job for $10,000 and encounters a woman who shoots a man in front of him and then sets the man on fire. I think Gordon kept the money even though Alice refused to go with him to see her brother. The Hatter still has Gordon under his control so his life in serious jeopardy.
It is freaky having two Bruce’s and I am glad that Selena notices something different about the clone. The clone acted weirder than usual after Selena entered the car.
Penguin's Plan B helped to convince the psychiatrist to release his BFF.

No time for either of the last two episodes, so far.
I should mention that an article by Andrew Warren appeared in a local paper's TV section, with some information about several shows including this one, but I was unable to find it online by searching for "Andrew Warren" and "Gotham". Actually, I didn't use quotes, but I think there's little hope.

The episode was exciting and there were some unpleasant surprises. The Mad Hatter was determined to reunite with his sister and caused a lot of pain and death along the way. The Hatter is a fascinating character, but he is not one of my favorites.
What I enjoyed most was the relationship between the characters. Fake Bruce and Selina had a tumultuous day that was sealed with a kiss. I liked real Bruce’s reaction when he learned about the kiss.
Lee really wanted Jim to say he looked for her and that he loved her. Maybe he thinks he is doing her a favor by not saying those things, but it is obvious his responses hurt her.
Harvey let the Captain know that no matter what happens, he will never turn his back on Jim.
Riddler was a better friend to Penguin than Penguin realized. Although he knew Penguin would be furious, Riddler made sure the election was not rigged so Penguin would realize that the people really loved him. (I wonder if the show would have gone in that direction if Penguin had not become a fan favorite. Just wondering.)
Butch is resentful so both Riddler and Penguin need to be wary of him.
I do not like what happened to the Captain at the end of the episode.

I haven't seen the episode with the hypnotist yet. In fact, I didn't see all of the previous episode until yesterday.
There was no dialogue when we were seeing what happened "previously". Not even the word "previously". For the first half of the episode there was either no dialogue or poor sound quality. Sometimes I could understand some words but until yesterday I had not really heard a lot of what was said.
Valerie Vale? What happened to Vicki Vale? Anyway, she has nice legs.
I guess sacrificing Fish to rescue Harvey was the right thing. Not that we want Fish to get away but that makes things more interesting.
I've already forgotten what happened after they fixed the sound.

Cross, double cross, triple cross…I can’t keep count. The episode was very interesting because it seemed almost everyone Penguin loved wanted him dead.
The Riddler had a near death experience when Butch tried to choke the life out of him.
Butch had a near death experience when he was hit over the head with a bottle.
Galavan’s sister and Barbara were entertaining, as usual.
Ivy was at the gala held to honor Cobblepot and she teased Selina, and said it was too much fun not telling her who she is yet.
James and Bruce had a chat and James could tell Bruce liked Selina. He advised Bruce to tell Selina he liked her, before it was too late. Bruce followed through and I was impressed by the way he talked to Selina. She “rewarded” him with a kiss and saucy comments.
James seems to really like the reporter.
The Captain is affected by the blood of the sister of the Mad Hatter. We have not yet seen any negative impact though.

I have only watched up through episode 3. I got my cable shut off a couple months ago, so anything i watch now is seen online. So yeah, i'm behind on a lot of shows not just this one. Personally, i thought the first 2 episodes didn't really contain much excitement or drama but was more just setting up the season. This episode was more of the same but at least we got some action in it with Gordon taking on the Mad Hatter. I started laughing after Alice saves Gordon from jumping and he just takes his handcuffs out w/o even thanking her. Guess he still wants to get paid.

At the end of the previous episode, when Penguin was expressing his appreciation to Nygma, I thought he was going to kiss him on the mouth. I was holding my breath, waiting to see what would happen.

The Mad Hatter is a formidable villain because of his special ability of hypnosis and he really hates Jim Gordon. Hatter did truly evil things in this episode and he is not yet finished.
I do not usually doubt Jim's judgment but he made some tough choices that did not turn out well.
Oswald's mother is the only person who showed him affection and he has felt alone after she passed away. It looked like he wanted to kiss Nygma last week and now we know he thinks he loves Nygma. As fate would have it, just when Penguin wanted to confess his affection at dinner, Nygma got sidetracked by a woman who looks like his ex and I think he is not going to show up for dinner. How will Penguin react? I am looking forward to his reaction.

I'm now four episodes behind. I was going to do a marathon but see the "Lethal Weapon" thread to find out why that won't happen.

Now it's three episodes that I have taped, plus a rerun I have to wait for.
I agree about Penguin for mayor. I couldn't help but think of Trump because he doesn't seem much more sane.
Alice sure is violent, though she regrets it.
The Mad Hatter is quite good, even if he is evil.
I know it had to be uncomfortable for Jim seeing Lee under these circumstances. It bothers me that she's back with a new man. Still, Jim handled himself well when he found out he was with her fiancé.
Valerie Vale? Why is she not Vicki? Though she does have nice legs. I forget if that was part of the most recent episode that I saw. I do know we saw her topless from the back.
Falcone doesn't seem evil at all. It's hard to believe he once was.
