I really enjoyed tonight's episode. We saw Wild Dog and Ragman, but Artemis was missing. I wonder if her absence will be mentioned in the next episode of Arrow. We had love, drama, redemption, action, assassins, and, of course, aliens. I was so excited to see the time ship swoop in and it was awesome. The glimpses of Oliver's past might help some new viewers see him as more than a guy who is excellent with arrows. He has a very detailed background and interesting friends and enemies. I don't even remember Wild Dog and Ragman? Their pictures are included in the October 14 post on this thread. some are saying it's the best episode yet of Arrow. I cannot pick a best episode for me because there have been so many that I like, but the 100th one is memorable. |

It would have meant a lot more to me if I actually watched this show, which I don't. And the differences in their lives would have meant more to me, too. I didn't understand what was going on until late in the episode. When Diggle was "Arrow", I knew something was wrong. I know him mainly as a preacher on UPN. Laurel looked hot in her wedding dress. I thought her sister's bridesmaid dress was quite attractive, but I liked the really short dress she wore earlier in the episode better. Other than these details, I don't remember or understand much. |

This is easily the darkest and most unhappy show of the four. Thea's speech to Oliver in the 'dream world' said it all.

Yes, Arrow has had a lot of darkness, both in the flashbacks and in the present. The contrast between Oliver and Barry in their crossovers was especially significant because of the differences. I remember Ollie willingly torture a criminal for information and Barry was shocked and upset. Also, Joe West and Dr. Wells approached Barry, like any parent would, and told him they did not want him to associate with Ollie. In spite of the darkness, I enjoy the show and it's depiction of a man who went through hell, then hell again, and still wants to help make the world better. |
