Wonder why it is on Monday night for? I Googled it and it does not exactly say "why", but this is what the CW is doing. "The CW to Swap "Hooten and the Lady," "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" Beginning Next Week, "Hooten" will now air Monday nights while "Whose Line" moves to Thursdays." Read more at link

It just went off and it was entertaining. The undercover cop who seduced Hooten had a recurring guest star role on “Blindspot”. She was so tough on that show she could have handled ten of those soldiers without any help. I thought I knew her from somewhere, but since I don't watch that show, that wasn't it. I enjoyed this episode the least of the three aired so far. The only reason I was interested at all was curiosity about where they would find Alexander's tomb. And of course I didn't want any important artifacts to be lost or fall into the wrong hands. At least on "Smallville", Lex was named for him. Alex did have adorable PJs. Only Jess from "New Girl" seems to wear matching tops and bottoms. And hers are always so nice.

I can't bring myself to watch this. 1. Because of time constraint? or 2. Because of lack of interest?

I can't bring myself to watch this. 1. Because of time constraint? or 2. Because of lack of interest? Both. But I gave in this past Monday and watched the previous week's. I liked it even less than the others. Although I did like two jokes. "Hooten, we have a problem" and her finally remarking that he doesn't wash his hands. She's just now noticing? And where was he going to do it out on the road? But even though I know they can't kill a main character, they put both of them in too much danger last week. I should mention I should have known when Francis was elected pope. Benedict resigned when I was in the nursing home.

Benedict resigned when I was in the nursing home. You might hate the "Ethiopia" episode. I think it was so foolish that it deserves to be called stupid. When Hooten showed a lack of interest in joining Alex, she went to Ethiopia alone to meet with dangerous hostage takers. That was foolish, but the scene that was too far-fetched to be humorous is when the villains turned their guns on each other. Hooten and Alex debated who should fetch the camels and that took a long time. Then Hooten approached the armed killers and retrieved the engagement ring. He casually walked away and fake proposed to Alex. Perhaps that is British humor, but none of that made me laugh.

I do want to give high marks to Alex's cell phone carrier. She had no problem getting a signal in the desert miles from anything.

I thought it would make me laugh, but it does not. However, similar stories like Raiders of the Lost Ark had humor that cracked me up.

All that was missing was myrrh. At the very least I liked it better than the previous week's episode because they weren't in quite as much danger. Regarding the previous week, I saw a commercial in a movie I waited a week to watch, and I remembered I liked the joke about being careful with the bridge because others have to use it.

Anyway, it certainly looked like Alex was using a cell phone.

Anyway, it certainly looked like Alex was using a cell phone. Well I thought you would know. The phone I saw looked like cell phones did in the 80s. Now that I think of it, there was a scene where she was using her actual cell phone. But I concluded because there couldn't be service out in the middle of nowhere, she had information stored on the phone that wouldn't have to be accessed by the Internet.

It looks stupid, because when they are done with one mission they all go home in diff directions after every episode and meet somewhere diff the next episode. Why not stay in the same location and go together on each outing?

Why not stay in the same location and go together on each outing? One reason could be she is engaged to be married. Another reason is their lives are completely different and separate. They only need to get together when they need to help each other. I agree there are some things about the show that are stupid.

St. Paul's Cathedral was beautiful. Apparently they're not getting married there, but since Alex doesn't seem religious, why would she get to use it?
St. Paul's also inspired our U.S. Capitol dome.
I was kind of annoyed by the music Alex couldn't turn off, but it was sort of good. Certainly better than the garbage Hooten likes. Alex's taste is a little uptight for me.
Amazing coincidence that both "Salvation" and this show went to Moscow the same week. Moscow has some beautiful architecture. And then there's what was built after Communism.

What is with Alex mom, butting in with her job and her man?True, Alex likes her fiance, but does not seem happy about marrying him. I have always liked Jane Seymour and I am happy to see her in this. But I agree she is butting in and taking over the wedding plans. However, it is not unusual for parents to be overbearing when it comes to weddings, especially when they are paying for the wedding. I watched the episode. I enjoyed this one, perhaps because we learned more about Hooten's tragedy. The scorpion man must be a deadly adversary to Hooten and his allies. It was not clear who they assumed had killed the man. Hooten looked very neat and handsome, which surprised me. Lady Alex did not even comment on his neat haircut. It was so funny to see Hooten running through the woods with the tight reindeer outfit. Buying that garment for Alex makes it seem Alex' fiance is not particularly romantic. I did not expect Alex to jump in the river to retrieve the egg and I hope she got home with it safely. I assume the helicopter that flew over Hooten's head at the end had the villain on board.
