She not into her soon to be husband, she could careless about him. She wants to travel with Hooten.
What is with Alex mom, butting in with her job and her man? True, Alex likes her fiance, but does not seem happy about marrying him. I have always liked Jane Seymour and I am happy to see her in this. But I agree she is butting in and taking over the wedding plans. However, it is not unusual for parents to be overbearing when it comes to weddings, especially when they are paying for the wedding. I watched the episode. I enjoyed this one, perhaps because we learned more about Hooten's tragedy. The scorpion man must be a deadly adversary to Hooten and his allies. It was not clear who they assumed had killed the man. Hooten looked very neat and handsome, which surprised me. Lady Alex did not even comment on his neat haircut. It was so funny to see Hooten running through the woods with the tight reindeer outfit. Buying that garment for Alex makes it seem Alex' fiance is not particularly romantic. I did not expect Alex to jump in the river to retrieve the egg and I hope she got home with it safely. I assume the helicopter that flew over Hooten's head at the end had the villain on board. Thanks for the incite What episode did we learn about Hooten's life? Alex didn't comment on his looks is because she not supposed to care about him. Who is getting married the Bride/Groom or their parents? |

Will anyone miss this show when it goes off the air? I like this show, but I seldom miss any series. That is because I watch about 80 series plus movies. I miss series that have ended to soon. |

We learned that is why Hooten avoids close personal contact with people because he is afraid the man would also harm them and their families. |

Alex was confused about why she was summoned to go to Cambodia to meet with Hooten, and she was pissed at him for not keeping her in the loop about himself.

I watched it and I think it was very interesting. When Hooten was talking to Alex on the telephone, and kept mentioning her upcoming wedding, he sounded jealous. Although it had been nine weeks since their last trip, they seemed to have been keeping tabs on each other. The boy who was helping Hooten was cute, smart and had a keen sense of self-preservation. It was quite an adventure for Hooten and sometimes Alex. Let's see, there were snakes (twice), drug dealers with guns, a mine field, a stolen hot air balloon and scariest of all - Kane. This time, Alex could not get a signal on her mobile phone. It was funny when Hooten suggested they return to Russia to retrieve the egg he tossed in the river.  |

Hooten sure does like to go on adventures haha. I agree about the rest.
I saw that her phone wasn't working either.

I reply when there's something to say. And now I've seen the latest episode.
There were a couple of jokes I thought were funny.
And solving the mystery was interesting.
At long last, Alex's phone didn't work.
I wondered why the boy had such a high voice. Since he was bald and dressed like a monk I assumed he was an adult. I hated that he turned on them but his family had been threatened.
Alex was never comfortable with a gun, but she sure had to learn to be fast.

It doesn't have to end for me. I have a bunch of "final episodes" saved, although those are shows I actually liked. In some cases they are not the final episodes, but they will be the last episodes I see.

Jeff, when I said some of the stuff they did - chatting and being silly around men who wanted to kill them - was ridiculous, I did not mean I do not enjoy the show. I think it is entertaining, and if there was a second season, I would watch it.
