I think the finale was satisfying even though we are losing (at least temporarily) some good characters. Supergirl and Sam were standing and watching as the wraiths appeared; then, they were lying on the ground and Mon-El was pointing the blue rock at them. I wondered what was going on, and we did not learn why until the very end. I guess the comic book readers know what is about to happen, but I will have to wait until next season. I enjoyed the episode and thought a lot of it was exciting. I am happy that Winn should no longer feel guilty about his state-of-the-art device. I have no idea what happened. Supergirl looked cute when she was struggling. I can't explain that. I hated to see Mon-El and Supergirl's mom die, and hoped I had misinterpreted. but then we do have time travel and everything was okay. J'onn's father was impressive. I'm sorry he didn't get to finish transferring knowledge. Someone has to fix all those broken windows. Why do we never hear about that? I get that it's CGI for us, but it's real in their world. |
