I enjoyed the humor in this episode. Some of it was:
Cecile caught the therapist thinking about her grocery list.
The nod to Amaya and Zari on “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow” when Cecile said she did not inherit a mystic totem from her grandmother
Iris stepped on Ralph.
Iris asked why did every villain have a name that sounds like it came out of a comic book.
The woman was making a presentation and said Central City is robbed a lot more than any other city except Star City.
Harry’s insistence on calling the gun an embiggening gun.
They did a good job of capturing the villain, but he was a jerk.
Barry was cheating at cards to help his friend win.
It was so sweet of Barry to take Big Sir to the place where he could be happy and at peace. There is no way for the authorities to track him there.
I am disappointed that Warden Wolfe is a monster and is selling the Flash to Amunet. I expect the rest of the team to be worried about Barry, but I was pleased the way Harry agonized over their failure to free Barry.

That was complicated. It seems like too much trouble for DeVoe to have Barry locked up just so he could break the bus metas out of jail. Geez...will have to wait and see if that was part of DeVoe's plan.

I liked the humor.
I liked Iris mentioning how everyone sounded like they came from a comic book.
The episode title reminded me of the movies, one of which had Chloe from "Smallville", and a TV series that starred the police commissioner from "Gotham".
I wondered why the man could pick up an entire building. When they said Dwarf Star technology was used, I thought about how an object shouldn't actually be lighter because dwarf stars are really heavy.
I knew Barry wouldn't get away with breaking Big Sir out of prison, but I didn't expect him to get caught. And I really thought the warden was on his side as much as a warden could be.
"Embiggen" is a word. Most weeks on "The Simpsons" the statue of Jebediah Springfield is shown with the opening credits, with his quote "A noble spirit embiggens the smallest man."

I think the warden will tell Amunet/Blacksmith. Some of the metas he will help to escape might figure it out too. But they would be too busy protecting themselves to do anything with his secret identity.

I am glad we do not have to wait a month to find out. Barry phased out of DeVoe's speed-proof cell, and I am hoping he can get out of any power dampening cuffs the warden puts on him.

Someone must have re-watched season 1 like we did and caught the Dibney comment. I did not remember Dibney was one of the names mentioned.
I am accustomed to ret-cons for shows because "Supernatural" writers were notorious for overlooking facts established as canon. The fans never forget and give them the blues for it.
