The Trial of The Flash
I meant to mention that it was a nice touch that when the judge was describing Barry as a criminal, they switched back and forth to the Captain praising the Flash as a hero. That was very well done. I agree. |

For you "Scorpion" fans, the prosecutor was a homicide detective and Walter's partner on "Body of Proof", a murder mystery. Episodes are available on the ABC web site, though I don't know if that season is there. The actor playing Walter joined the cast in the last season.

Pagey was way off base about which episode we would see her again. He thought it would be something important or significant, but she fit well in this humorous episode. |

I enjoyed the humor in the episode, but it still had a lot of serious moments also. It was really bothering Barry that he was not supposed to get involved in the prison chaos. After a while, he flashed around and put all of the prisoners back in their cells. That looked good.
The hostage situation was too funny. The crook wanted a Prius and a salad. He was wearing a bomb, but he was concerned about the environment and his diet. Dibney looked comical when he was sliding the hostages from the area.
I know he was hurt, but Dibney was a real cry baby after the acid burned him. Barry helped him overcome his fear so that he could face the Joker and Prank.
I was shocked to see Beebos like the one that was in “Legends of Tomorrow”.
It is nice Barry has a friend in prison – Big Sir/Dave.
Warden Wolfe has treated Barry with respect and he seems to like Joe.

Glad you mentioned that. I did not expect to see her writing those symbols. Like Dibney said, she is probably too smart for him.
Although Pagey has mentioned several times that he saw DeVoe with some of those symbols, I never saw that.

Thanks. That scene makes perfectly good sense now. Now we know what he meant when he said he did not kill anyone. He also said we could see things differently than we ever had before and that is what DeVoe is trying to make happen.

In the comics, she would be Dawn Allen ... and with her twin brother Don, they are known as the Tornado Twins. It'll be interesting to see how close they stay true to that. |

I liked how Barry was able to use his powers in prison. Harrison reminds me of Walter on "Scorpion", not showing consideration for others' feelings. If Ralph was on deadline, how could he get all the way to the prison and back in time? I was pleased Barry had a friend, and with the reason why. And that the warden treats him right. I was surprised to see Barry with the general population so often, because he helped put a lot of those people there. It was good to see Iris visit the prison. Iris is the Paige of the group. She was wearing a tight top that looked good. How is the absence of The Flash explained? |

I like his theory that the symbols are a universal language that is used in the future.
I am glad Pagey used arrows to point out the symbols so I could identify the symbols on DeVoe's face.

Thanks for the video. He did an excellent job of comparing Dawn and Barry. Barry did talk fast and excited like Dawn and he did give complicated explanations.
Although I re-watched S1 on DVD, I did not notice the similarities when Dawn was introduced.
