Excellent episode. I appreciate seeing some of what Barry was seeing even though it was tragic. Barry is a true hero; he continued fighting even though he was in a whole lot of pain.
I am glad Jay Garrick was in the entire episode instead of just a cameo.
Killer Frost is rude but she is amusing. Dibney and "Frosty" get along well.

Cecile may have finally found the right career.
Jay used to be a doctor the first time I saw him on TV.
Caitlin referred to getting a job. Who owns StarLabs? How are they making a living? Okay, Barry is a CSI and Iris has her newspaper but what about the others?
I like the more intelligent Ralph.
I don't like when all this happens to Barry but at least he felt good seeing a woman who looked like his mother.

Yeah, I forgot to mention Cecile plans to start representing meta-humans. That was an excellent idea and removes the conflict she was feeling. But I do have some confusion about her. After the baby was born, I thought it was agreed her powers came from the fetus during pregnancy. Then, she wound up having the ability again. Did they ever explain that?

Yes, that was a great episode. I was happy to see that an angry Frost could not defeat Flash. I guess we are supposed to ignore the consequences of the solution Frost suggested to Flash to get rid of the dark matter meta. Flash wants to avoid killing people, but over dosing the meta did kill him.
I was happy to see Harrison Wells, and it was funny when Cisco called him "Indiana".
Dibney's mother was a disappointment.
Iris is handling the Crisis situation extremely well. I do wonder if Iris' cub reporter will be a problem down the road.

I'd rather have Caitlin but I have to admit sometimes I like Frost's attitude.
"Ralphie Boy" is what Norton used to call Kramden.
I liked Ralph's mother but she did keep getting herself in trouble.
I wasn't happy to see a mean Harrison Wells.
For once one of those cells didn't hold the prisoner. I thought about that possibility.
