I never thought Joe Pesci was cute, but Mr. Mxyzptlk was cute and delightful. You mean Getz, right? I was going into way too much detail for someone who might only know the movies. Yes, I mean "Getz", but I did misinterpret your post. I understand it now. |

Melissa is pregnant! How ill that affect the show?
Supergirl is too busy to be committed to serving as one person's bodyguard, but it's a good thing she was there that one time. How she rescued Andrea in the elevator I don't understand. But she came to Alex's rescue and had to stash Andrea where she would be safe.
Alex seemed happy with her new job. She missed breaking down doors.
I don't remember who Brainiac No. 2 is. I know there were several alternate universe Brainiacs.
Andrea seems to have super powers. She got to where the computer had to be shut down very quickly. And later she turned into smoke.
The other girl was able to at when Supergirl was helpless. I wonder why?
I was surprised there was one farm on Highway 89. Usually there are lots of farms on a road like that.
That was scary what they did to Steve. Also, Steve looks more like a Toby and vice versa.

I think her emotional state activated her power to get to the lab, but she consciously used the power to return. I also wondered why Dreamer's power was not absorbed/stolen, but Supergirl and Martian Manhunter were easily defeated. I thought Brainiac-5 was lying about there not being farms on that route because he wanted them to stay away. I did not believe Lena would perfect her serum this season, but it was a success! Lex helped her adjust it to address the part of the brain that affected fear and need for revenge. I guess they will make a good team until Lex betrays Lena. I frequently cringe when you make comments about people's appearance so I do not want to address the Steve and Toby comment. I can think of only one show that I enjoyed very much where the star became pregnant and the show was not adversely affected. There will probably be scheduling issues. |

I was happy with how Dreamer handled the man who attacked her roommate, until Supergirl had to stop her from committing murder. It was hard to watch. She is so upset.
I liked the music in Virtual Las Vegas.
Alex had a weapon that could be anything, but she can't make it work. At least she was able to rescue the man. And she is determined to bring down Lex.
And J'onn to the rescue!
Brainiac still seems strange with his very logical attitude but he did care.

I think someone remarked that Dreamer might be more powerful than Supergirl. They might be right, but they do have different abilities.
The Leviathan are collecting people, but it is not clear why.
I like Brainiac-5 the same way I liked Spock and Data of the Star Trek saga.
I watched a series that was about a person whose job was to enter the VR simulations to rescue people who became addicted to it and did not want to leave. I liked the series but it lasted only one season.

What Alex was experiencing seemed like what I am experiencing now. I'm in this virtual reality simulation with no way to get out and no way to know how long it will last.
The beginning of the episode was really unpleasant. There was a time when I thought that's what "This Is Us" was going to be like. I'm happy to say it isn't. And the episode ended up being a lot more entertaining. I liked seeing J'onn back in charge. And Brainiac with his "normal" personality.
I had forgotten what an evil villain Hank was. And how does anyone explain Hank if they are new to the series and don't remember him?
I did not like the first guitar player. I liked the one playing for Lincoln but would have preferred a better vocalist. Actually, those recordings sounded like the actual recordings from the hit songs but without the vocals.
Alex needed that experience to get over her feelings about her father. I was disappointed Dean didn't actually appear. I was relieved Alex finally was willing to do what she had to.
Kelly did her best. I wondered if it would be enough.
