Wednesday, $3.68 former DB, $3.64 Wilco-Hess on Innes and $3.56 at Kangaroo. I was very surprised Kangaroo hadn't changed, and they let me fill up. I put in more than $30 worth. QM in the same town was up from $3.59 to $3.64.
And I keep seeing diesel over $4.
Yesterday, former Texaco $3.72, both Citgos and Wilco-Hess not on Innes $3.73.

The good news: the former Texaco has not changed, the Shell was $3.65 on Tuesday, and one station went down from $3.69 to $3.65.
The bad news: beside the interstate the price went up to $3.76, the Exxon was $3.75, the first station I passed on Tuesday went up from $3.70 to $3.74, and Wilco-Hess not on Innes and one of the Citgos was $3.78. It was starting to rain so I turned around rather than walking to the Citgo with the hot dogs, where it was $3.79.

Too f-ing much. Out here in California, the cheap stuff is up to $4.30 a gallon. Thanks Prez Obama for not letting us drill for oil and stopping the Keystone Pipeline. I hope your fracking Prez-mobile runs out of gas the next time you pull it out for a fucking campaign stop.

I visited my aunt yesterday and decided to stop at Raceway when I saw $3.65. I got $20 worth and it was about full.

$3.78 Wilco-Hess not on Innes and the Citgo that used to have subs.
$3.68 Kangaroo, and Wilco-Hess on Innes went up from $3.62 to $3.65 during the day on Wednesday. The other places were the same as last time.

No changes to report but the newspaper's list of stations at the beach has some enouraging news. Now that I think of it, the last time that happened, they were publishing outdated figures.

No good news to report from the beach.
I hope I didn't make a mistake but I was so late getting started for home I decided not to take advantage of $3.69 at Wilco-Hess on Innes. The former DB was $3.78 and Kangaroo was $3.75, while QM went up from $3.72 to $3.74. Or I may have QM and Kangaroo reversed. One place was $3.81. I saw $3.68 a lot.

Today, I paid $3.919 for regular at Exxon. They charged 4 cents per gallon for swiping at the pump instead of coming inside, so it cost me an additional 50 cents.

I'm no good at swiping. I give it to someone if I can. The prices at the beach are all for March 20, so given that only one place is below $3.49, that's not good. I used my mower enough to run out of gas yesterday, and I also emptied the can, so I will have to take the can to the former Texaco next week when I have time. I was hoping to wait for a lower price, but I should have done it during the winter.

$4.49 at the "regular" gas stations. $4.43 at the "discount" stations Yikes! You know, I used to post the price at Danny's Discount Gas on the CW board. Despite the name, it nearly always had the highest gas prices in town. I'm not even sure they still sell gas. At least they don't post the price on a big sign.

And the prices at the beach are way up.
When I take my mower can to the former Texaco it will be at least $3.83 unless it comes down.
Wilco-Hess not on Innes went down from $3.77 to $3.76 yesterday, while the two Citgos were $3.79.

I should have just bought gas at the Citgos when I got hot dogs. Because the prices yesterday were so high that when I saw $3.79 at that new Shell, I jumped on it. And I put in nearly $50 worth of gas. It wouldn't have been quite that much had I not needed to use the facilities really badly. I went on to the mall and came back to the gas station, which had a tiny little building that I'm guessing didn't have a restroom except for staff. Several hours later. And I had already seen prices go up. The highest I saw was $3.89.
I put $7.41 worth of gas in the can for my mower, $3.87 per gallon, at the former Texaco.

I hope my neighbors agree with me about how good my yard looks. One of them is mowing right now. Actually, I need to keep raking leaves. Just going over them with the mower doesn't do much good. And I was so slow to get to the ones in the back.

I hope that means good news.
When I went to the college I graduated from, all but three stations were $3.87 or $3.89. One was $3.86. But a Wilco-Hess and a Kangaroo, across the street from each other, were $3.75. I'm not sure why I didn't stop, but it was fine to wait because they were still the same. As long as I waited, I didn't leave when the Kangaroo said their credit card machine wasn't working (now wonder they hadn't run out). I only had a $10 bill to pay for milk at lunch, at a place I didn't think would take credit cards and surely not for that amount. I wish now I had brought a $20. Or maybe not. What I had left over almost filled it.
The former Texaco was $3.86 Saturday.

$3.83 Shell, but that's nothing special since other places were the same. $3.89 Exxon, though I got full service which was 20 cents more. It's always good to make sure the car is working okay.
All the prices I saw were in that range. Some were lower than last time.

$3.83 former DB, QM and Wilco-Hess on Innes, though that last one was $3.80 later. Figuring it might go down more, I decided to wait. And there's a new station getting ready to open. Hopefully they'll do like the last new one.
Former Texaco $3.85 Saturday. Same at Kangaroo.
