What a week. I did fill up at the Shell closest to where I live, which was $3.48, though premium is a dollar more than that. And I did run out of gas today, so I'll have to fill up tomorrow. My gift card didn't work but there were two I didn't know about in the other car. How did I not use those?

$3.09 Speedway in the morning ($3.49 in the afternoon???) and $3.12 BP. Express Mart $3.19 and Sunoco $3.29. Exxon and Shell $3.39.

Circle K closest to where I live in the other direction $3.43 ($3.33 Easy Pay). I got an email telling me how to look at my activity. Well, after what they did, there won't be any. Not for a while. $3.19 and $3.49 at the two Freedoms respectively, $3.39 BP, $3.33 Shell.

$3.47 Shell closest to where I live. $3.32 Speedway, $3.29 Express Mart, $3.35 Shell and Exxon. I forgot to notice Sunoco. BP was higher than Speedway but I forget the exact number.

$3.35 Kangaroo, QM, BP, Shell and Circle K ($3.25 Easy Pay). $3.27 Circle K ($3.17 Easy Pay) and Spee. I couldn't see BP. $3.39 where I get points, $3.49 Shell, BP and Sheetz, $3.44 Citgo. I think that's right. Citgo was 5 cents cheaper than BP, regardless.

$3.49 Shell closest to where I live, Exxon and the other Shell. $3.29 Sunoco, higher than that at Fuel Smart. Now I can't remember what BP or Speedway were, but they were way up.

$3.42 ($3.32 Easy Pay) Circle K closest to where I live going in the other direction, $3.35 BP. I think Shell was about the same. The two Freedoms were the same.

$3.29 Kangaroo, QM, BP, Shell and Circle K ($3.19 Easy Pay). $3.23 Circle K ($3.13 Easy Pay), $3.26 Spee. I saw BP but don't remember now. I got all my points so i didn't go where I get points. $3.39 Shell, $3.34 BP, Citgo and Sheetz.

What a day yesterday.

$3.12 Pure and Kelly's.

$3.03 Mobil, possibly Sheetz, Exxon, FastFuels, Speedway. And Circle K ($2.93 Easy Pay). But my card wouldn't work. The man told me they were working on fixing that. Just another reason not to do business with them. I filled up at Speedway, but only after driving a lot farther so I would need more gas. Why did I think anyone would be lower?

Most places were $3.29 to $3.49. A BP that was one of the cheapest places in the area at one time was $3.35. I saw $3.99 at a Shell by the interstate. What, do they think people won't go further and see something lower?

The mower is running out of gas faster than it should be. I don't have a turtle setting and I know it's making a lot of noise. I get my gift card next week. Hopefully it will arrive before I need to fill up again.

I tried calling the Easy Pay people and was on hold for a very long time. Then the person who FINALLY answered said he couldn't hear me and said to call back. No, I won't do that. I tried telling him in as loud a voice as possible how it was going to be and he just kept talking and I don't know what he said, but the end result was he hung up. I went to the Circle K web site again and have gotten no response. I will visit a Circle K and talk to someone but if that person can't give me a way to get satisfaction, they can forget it.

$3.14 Kangaroo so I should have stopped there. $3.19 in the afternoon when I did stop. Why didn't I just go ahead instead of making sure no one was cheaper? I'm going to the mountains and might not make it here later in the week, but last year gas was cheaper there.

I stopped by the first Circle K and explained what had happened and was promised a manager would contact me, but so far nothing.

Maybe I can use my gift card there. $3.03 Love's (that'll be it), $3.27 at another BP. No, wait, back down below $3.10. $3.29 where I used my gift cards in previous years. $3.59 Sunoco. Wait ... no, everyone else is $3.29. $2.98 BP if I use cash. have enough leftover cash from paying for my motel room, since I didn't know exactly how much and got more than I needed. That's it. I filled up. Exactly $30, so I got some back.

And I filled up at Circle K which, like Shell across the street, was $3.39 ($3.29 Easy Pay) but a manager who heard my story gave me an extra 25 cents off. Not enough, because the next Circle K was $3.15. I didn't see whether that was the Easy Pay price. I think BP was $3.25 and Spee was over $3.30. Where I get points (and I got them all, and I had better use them) $3.29. Shell $3.49, BP, Citgo and Sheetz $3.39.

I talked to a manager and he was able to call and get my points moved just this once. Now if I can just have a low price and need gas at the same time.

I stopped at the BP across from QM just in time because the truck was there. I messed up and where I was supposed to say yes to 20 cents off per gallon disappeared. The transaction was cancelled and tried again and that never came up. One man who worked there did something and he told me to wait when the time came, and I was asked, and I did approve, and I got to use my points. It was, however, for only $30 worth of gas because I didn't need more, but waiting was risky because the price might not have gone down again in time, and there is no more moving my points.

Fuel Smart was higher but I forget the exact number, Sunoco was $3.25 and Exxon and Shell were $3.39. I think. I forgot to notice Express Mart.

I wish I had waited but if I had, the results might have been different.

Shell closest to where I live $3.43 Tuesday but when I filled the can for my mower $3.33, though I was told to use premium and that was $4.43. Shell and Exxon $3.39. Sunoco was less than $3.30 and I didn't see Express Mart. Speedway and BP keep going down but now I can't remember the exact number.

Kangaroo, QM, BP, Shell and Circle K ($3.13 Easy Pay) $3.23. BP below $3.20. Circle K ($3.04 Easy Pay) and Spee $3.14. Shell at the interstate $3.39, BP $3.34 and I think Citgo was even lower. Sheetz I can't remember but it was lower.
