A record high of 83 Thursday after a low of 69.
Saturday, low 41 and high 61.
Yesterday it rained early and although the rain had stopped by the time the church service started at its new time, we still used the rain plan. The low was 51. I'm thinking the high today was not much higher than that.

Low 33 and high 56 Monday. I think that's right. I just know it was COLD and windy. For the next two days lows were in the 30s and highs were in the 60s. I wore short sleeves and didn't need a jacket when I went to vote. It got up in the 70s yesterday though the low was still in the 30s. More 70s for the next several days and I have already seen that Veterans Day will be wet. Since I can't go to the library where I would normally go on that day, at least that's one good thing about what is going on.

It's already raining. I was planning to go to one library tomorrow and another on Thursday, when it will still be raining.
The good news is two days straight on a record high of 79 over the weekend.

Having the same weather. 67 and raining. My utility bills have been low because we are not having traditional cold temperatures.

It has been warm all week but that is about to change. We even had a high in the 80s one day.
I almost didn't see a forecast for rain on Tuesday but I decided if I almost didn't see to pretend I didn't see it. It worked out. While it wasn't sunny, I took my annual walk through the military cemetery. Which I normally do after Memorial Day. I did get rained on when driving home. Then the sun came out.
The college I graduated from still isn't letting people in the library unless they are connected with the college. Veterans Day was supposed to be wet. Actually, it drizzled, then the sun came out. Rain did come later.
Thursday wasn't supposed to be the worst day, but it sure was. There were reports of flooding all over the state. I went into town even though there was no reason not to go today. I would have really gotten wet at my normal time to walk. Instead, I was in the mall and got to see some Christmas trees already decorated. I've said before this mall has no stores but is where many of the county offices are.
I had to wait to go back out to the car and then when I went to the library, it really started coming down. I decided to wait because I've never opened that $15 umbrella I've had in the car for years and at one point couldn't find. I waited. And waited. And waited. I couldn't reach the umbrella without going outside and then there was a break. I couldn't open it. It had a cover. Then I had to remove what wraps around it. Finally. I didn't want to carry it in because I was afraid of forgetting it. I once got a $1 umbrella at Dollar tree which was worth every penny. I think that was on Veterans Day another year.
The rain let up and I didn't even need to have the umbrella open. It took a while to figure out how to get back home because several roads were blocked. Later I saw a map of how much rain fell. Where I was, it was one of the places that got the least rain. Other places got so much more and had serious flooding. There seems to be a difference of opinion in press coverage whether this was Eta.

We had a record low Wednesday. It was 69 when this was recorded and it wasn't midnight yet, but 70 was the official low for the day. I saw it a few days later. I'm not clear on whether that's a record for the day or for all of November.
The high Saturday was 66 and it was a really nice day. The pastor was inside for the church service yesterday because it looked like rain but it wasn't raining when I was there. I was late because I wasn't paying attention. When cars were passing when the service was earlier, I knew to get up. I do more to actually get ready but can't start doing that when cars pass.
High 61 today but that's not from a Charlotte station. It'll be another hour before the web site I get this information from now has it posted. I'm not on the computer that late on Saturdays but the man on Spectrum news has this information.
And it gets cooler for the rest of the week. But at least it'll be nice.

I corrected the date of the record low. There was also a record high that day, 82.
I also saw a forecast for Thursday. The rain was supposed to be worse east of Charlotte. But the five deaths in the area happened west of Charlotte because the worst of the rain actually happened there.
It was 28 Wednesday morning. I knew it was cold. The lows have been in the 30s the other days and yesterday's high was only 56 but I still wore short sleeves.
It gets warmer this weekend.

My Wisconsin radio station has started including the weather forecast in what they send out online. That's unfortunate. There's snow in the forecast. Although we've had weather that cold at Thanksgiving too.
Back in the 70s over the weekend. There was a forecast of rain for Wednesday but now it's Thursday. Which is unfortunate because I was going to walk when I went to get my lunch. The good news it's only in the morning.

I was bothered by hearing weather forecasts on my Wisconsin radio station, but tomorrow's forecast is the same as the forecast for here on Tuesday. I'm not happy about that.
It finally got back into the 60s and even the 70s this week. It didn't rain on Thanksgiving and it was nice and warm for this time of year. the sun even came out several times, but it kept looking like the rain would start again but it didn't.

Correction about tomorrow's forecast. Tomorrow's high is the same as Saturday's forecast high in Wisconsin, then the low for Wednesday will be the same as the Saturday forecast low. But weather in Wisconsin is back to "normal".
It was supposed to rain today but it rained a lot yesterday afternoon and during the night. The sun came out this morning and it got windy. It was supposed to be as warm in the morning as it will get all day, which is quite warm for that time of day for this time of year, and then the temperature is supposed to fall during the afternoon. I did get rained on while the sun was out. Later, it got cloudy again but I don't think there has been any more rain, and at least for now it's not windy.

22 Wednesday after a high of 46. Both are colder than the Wisconsin forecast was. But now they're back to "normal".
24 yesterday. Neither was a record. Both days I wore short sleeves without a jacket and by the time I went on a walk, it was warm enough for that. As long as the wind wasn't blowing. And out in the sun.
It hasn't started raining yet. Hopefully it'll all be over by the time I walk tomorrow morning.

Saturday was a nice day but cool. Friday's high was 63, and yesterday it got down to 27.
Today it has looked like rain all day and it finally did rain. And it must have rained last night because everything was wet.
It'll be kind of cool this week but I have known it to snow this time of year so things could be worse.

30 degrees last night and this morning revealed the effectiveness of the weatherization. Only one window needed additional work. Temperature rose to 52 degrees.

Low 29, high 49 Tuesday. Plus it was windy, but not too windy. I still wore a short sleeve shirt and no jacket. As long as the wind wasn't bad and I was out in the sun, I was fine. Otherwise, I was going from the car to inside and back. I had an appointment at the library and didn't want to change it.
57 Wednesday. 67 yesterday. Much better. I think it was about the same today.

I have to be outside to benefit. It never gets warm inside. But it was 67 Saturday and 70 yesterday.
This morning it rained AND it was cold. I walked so late that it wasn't raining when I finished and the sun came out soon after that. So I was able to rake.
Wednesday is going to be one of those days when where you are determines what you get.

The weather outside is delightful. But the driving is frightful.
The snow covered roads look beautiful but there have been five vehicle accidents within half mile within an hour. This is our first heavy snowfall in a year and we need to get used to it again.

Freezing rain for awhile, then more snow tonight. The man who mows my grass said he will shovel the snow. I am glad because the icy rain has made the snow very heavy.

My area was cursed with more ice than snow. Temperature was 34, but I felt comfortable while I chipped away at the ice today. I called the man who had volunteered to shovel and told him not to bother coming because people could have fallen ten times by noon.

Although it looked like there would be ice where I live briefly, I don't think we got any. Where some of the TV stations I watch are, they did get some, but not enough to really cause problems.
It hasn't been above 50 since Monday unless it gets there today. At least until today it didn't get below freezing. But I wore a short sleeve shirt and no jacket on Tuesday and was comfortable out in the sun. I did the same yesterday and ... the sun didn't come out, but I was okay as long as the wind wasn't blowing, which it did sometimes.

23 on Saturday. It still had not gotten up to 50 before today, but it felt so warm this morning that will surely change. It certainly wasn't below freezing yestersay when it rained some in the morning. It's supposed to be close to 60 for the next several days but not on THE day. In fact, there is a slight chance of frozen precipitation on THE day, which doesn't matter so much since we wouldn't get together then anyway. If we could get together it would probably be Saturday, which will at least be a little warmer.
