Wednesday, Thursday and today were supposed to be wet. Then it was just Thursday and Friday. Yesterday it was cooler but it didn't rain here. Today, there was very light drizzle in the morning so I still got to walk and mow grass. Then it started raining. It ahsn't been in the 90s all week and that will continue, but without the rain.

79 Friday! Can you believe it?
It hasn't gotten back into the 90s yet.
Drizzle this morning. I didn't get to mow the grass and it really needs it. Once I changed my work clothes, that's it. I don't change again.

It is uncomfortable today because of high humidity. Currently 88 but feels like 95 degrees. Storm is forecasted for later today, but forecasters are iffy about it. I guess they are tired of being wrong.

All the mowing is done but there are places in the back where I might find it needs to be done by next Monday, when it might rain again.
91 yesterday and they kept telling us how humid it was too. Today is supposed to be the same, but Laura will mean it is cooler tomorrow and windy, with possible showers.

I heard thunder early this morning. It rained for a while and then almost stopped so I was able to mow. Then I went for a walk (normally I do that first so I won't get too tired) and it poured. I knew I was right to take an umbrella but that didn't help much.
It was in the low 90s over the weekend. Laura had little or not effect. I think it may have drizzled early Saturday but the sun came out and it was just windy. Even that didn't last.

It has been hot this week but this weekend it will feel more like Fall. Not much rain.

Finally, the meteorologist who actually bothers to tell us the low and high is back. And this is important. The others weren't even bothering even though there wasn't much else to talk about even though this was a big deal.
Saturday's low was 71 but the cool air took a while to move in. The high was in the low 80s but now I can't remember the exact number.
Yesterday the low was 59 and the high ... low 80s.
And it continues, but it gets a little warmer. Not hot.

The local weather is nice, in the low 80s.
I feel sorry for people who live in California. The windy hot weather is making the fires spread.

Low of 58, and the highs were 83, 84 and 85. I think we may have had a second day of 85 after a low of 61.
It rained most of the day yesterday and then the sun came out. Low 71, high 82. It wasn't as cool as that sounds.
Today it just looked like rain.

73 degrees and it feels pleasant. I got cold last night when I was sleeping. I need to remember to have more than a sheet on the bed tonight.

Day after day we're told it's going to rain, and day after day the weather is actually nice at least to start with.
Friday was one of those days and the high was 91, because we weren't supposed to have sun.
Lows continue to be in the 70s.
Today would have been the first day I could go to the beach on a Monday and pay lower rates. Early in the day it certainly looked good. Not now. And Sally will make things much worse, at least here. Maybe next week. The forecast I saw looks good for next Monday. Not here, but near where I live it will be in the 40s over the weekend.

It has been cool all week but I don't know how cool because people won't talk about anything but Sally.
Finally, the man I can depend on was back and the low was 57 Wednesday.
Yesterday the high was 72 because of all the rain. It wasn't as bad as they made it sound but it wasn't pleasant having it rain all day.
It was supposed to rain today too but it hasn't.
Really cool fall temperatures for the next several days.

It is cool here too and my local area did not get as much rain from Sally as was threatened..The eastern shore seemed to have more rain.

It is currently 53 degrees this morning, it definitely was cooler outside around 10:50 p.m. last night.
I'll grab a jacket this morning before I head out.

Lows have been in the 40s (including a record-tying 43) at home. One day at the beach it didn't even get up to 70, which means it was cooler than here.
It was really nice for several days but clouds were moving in. On the way home, it got really cloudy and I even saw a little rain. Lots of rain last night and off and on rain today.

Warmer over the weekend although it looked like it was about to rain a lot of the time on Saturday. Sunday was mostly a nice day. it was supposed to rain today but it has mostly been nice. Temperatures have been about normal.
Lots of rain tomorrow and then it gets better.

I do not think it will warm up again in the 80's. Right now, it is 63 degrees, with a high of 71 during the day.

It didn't rain much on Tuesday. There was heavy rain briefly, at least according to the radar. I just remember some rain.
And it has been nice this week, though cool. It did get up to 80 yesterday. Lows will be in the 40s, and it was 50 yesterday too.

82 Wednesday. The man I could depend on has decided all he needs to report are lows, which have all been in the 50s. This makes no sense.
My church may have to use the rain plan for Sunday. Tomorrow it's definitely supposed to rain.

Lows in the 60s, highs in the 70s or 80s. And while it didn't rain much Saturday, it was raining when I put out the trash.
And it was raining on Sunday morning. I didn't make it to church but watched the video online. I did walk to the church late and did see that people were outside in their cars and there was a speaker somewhere, or people were listening to the radio. But the pastor was inside.
I have figured out how to find out what the low and high were each day since I'm usually still on the computer when this is updated. I just have to remember.

I finally figured out how to find out the low and high every day provided I am on the computer at 6:00, which I still am. I was emailing a meteorologist who had a YouTube moment making sure it was included in his "best of" file for when he retires or something. While I was looking for contact information, I saw that the information IS posted in a way that is easy to find.
It never got up to 80 this week, but most days it was 50 or lower in the morning. Today it was 73, which I suspect was the temperature early because it was cool this morning. 40 the next two days in the morning AND we're still having church in the parking lot.

Not as cold as they said. I think it was 42 Saturday and 43 yesterday. And in the upper 60s in the afternoon.
The announcement was made at church that when the time changes, so will the service time. I was hoping it would go back to 11. For one thing, the later it is the warmer it is. 9:00 was chosen because it wasn't as hot. Someone actually wanted to change to 8:00 when the time changed! Doesn't that person realize we'll be outside?

Most days it has been in the 80s. I'm concerned about tomorrow because I won't be on the computer at 6:00 and the man who does what I want who is normally there on weekends has been there during the week. I can't be sure anything will be said on any of the stations I record from.
There hasn't been any rain but there might be some over the next couple of days.

No rain Saturday but it trained off and on Sunday and the pastor said it was only the second time on Sunday since March. He must have been having these drive-in services at his old church. My former pastor didn't do that. The high was 70 but that must have been during the night because it was cool all day. The low was 60 but that was also the current temperature.
And I was planning to go to one of the libraries on Thursday but it rains that day. Maybe Friday. I have printouts to do tomorrow which I could move but I'd rather it not be raining.

Today was supposed to be a bad day.
Actually, it looked like rain most of yesterday and there was light rain a lot of the time. Last night it rained more. This morning, almost no rain but a lot of wind. now not that much wind and the sun even came out.
Temperatures have been in the 70s. One day the high was 77 and my thermostat said 63. How is that possible?
But I'm not cold today. It's been warm all day, actually.
That won't be true for the next several days. We'll be lucky to make it to the 60s. No 30s yet but that might happen on Election Day.
And our church services go back to the normal time just in time for cooler weather. For one week. If you've already changed your clocks, then the service is actually an hour early already. I should have mentioned having to change the time on the Vent Thread. It's such a pain with my clock radio, and my watch just stops if I try to change it.
