well in maryland it gets cold a lot of times so i am sorta used to the cold but it still takes several months for me to warm up!

Tuesday, low 22 and high 35 and that does not consider the wind. Wednesday, low 16 and high 44. Yesterday high 61 (though the man on the radio said 26 at 8:30). Today and tomorrow warmer than that.

It's a miserable day, but at least it was warm enough I could wear short sleeves with no jacket outside later in the morning. It wasn't raining then, but I did get wet coming home. Even worse, I finally had to wash sheets because I've been putting it off. And if I do that I can't get back in bed, though I did sit on the couch and try to fall asleep again. Even worse than that is the fact it seemed like the mddle of the night when the clock radio came on. I can't find the volume control and I can't find a radio station I want to wake up to. Who cares with Sarah Palin's husband thinks? 71 Saturday  , 58 Sunday, 48 Monday. I haven't seen what it was yesterday but I walked outside with short sleeves and no jacket and it was sunny. |

Sadly, fahrenheit.
And even more sadly, it isn't all that uncommon. Several days each winter, our HIGH temp is a negative number. Ahh, life in the mountains.

It must be a nightmare trying to travel, though, eh? By the way, are your summers sunny?? They are, but to be fair, the winters are pretty sunny, too. Often when it is sunny out, it is coldest up here. The clouds tend to trap in warmth - it is kind of weird. But Summers, though short, are quite nice. Warm but not usually hot, we never need air conditioning, and keep the windows thrown open day and night. I can't imagine it is any more beautiful that Ireland, though! I think you guys have some kind of copyright on blue skies and rolling green hills  |
