82 Tuesday, and while I planned to go the other way, I needed a repair done on my car and since I knew I had time that day to walk from the garage, I did it. I was glad I did when I saw what looked like storms in the direction I had originally been headed at the time I went home. Later there was a severe thunderstorm warning for that area. The lightning was really bad in that direction, though curiously the radar didn't show heavy rain where I was seeing it. They didn't show the area to the east, though ...
79 yesterday and no storms.
Rain and cooler this weekend. I'm looking forward to my ear not being stopped up. Meanwhile the flowers on the trees sure are pretty.

Big 80's all week. I think Detroit had the highest on Thursday at 86˚f. By Tuesday it is supposed to be in the 40's. I guess that Summer City was just a whim of Bill Gates' Weather Controlling Machine.  |

The past several days have been really strange. It was supposed to rain and it was to be cooler on Saturday. It didn't rain much here and I don't even remember what the high was, but I don't think it was cooler. Most of the rain where I live fell in the morning while I was walking, so I'm glad I wore different clothes when I did that from what I planned to wear the rest of the day. By 6:00 I was hearing a lot of thunder. At church the next day I heard people talking about the really bad weather to the north. Today I saw a newspaper article that said roads were blocked by what looked like large snow drifts. It was actually hail. It was 66 Sunday and it didn't rain despite the forecast, though it kept looking like it might. I was actually cool. I don't know what happened yesterday because it was 80. But I kept seeing warnings about frost for today. Today's forecast high: near 60.  |

I forgot to look at what the temperatures were over the weekend. It must have been cooler because it rained off and on Saturday morning and the sun hardly came out Sunday.
The forecast high was 88 today, but I have my doubts since it started out almost like Saturday.

They call it "Indian Spring" because it is known for Apache fog.

People were talking at the college library today about how the forecast high was to be so hot yesterday and it didn't turn out that way, but officially it was 84. I have my doubts it made it that high here.
A high of 64 and rain is forecast for Thursday. I hope Good Friday doesn't turn out like last year. It rained all day and I had a lot of walking to do at the college I graduated from. And the temperature never got above 50. If they're one day off, it could be close to a repeat.

I was concerned yesterday about a repeat of last Good Friday. But now the man on the radio is saying it will clear out during the day. And it'll be warmer than he first said, though certainly not warm. Today is cool compared to yesterday. Lows in the 30s this weekend!
