That's a great story maze! I think of Tanmi whenever I hear the name Tami also. Luckily it just looks like a typing error on your part.

Happy Friday, or do we notice Friday.
I finished watching the Agatha Raisin series on Acorn. Like free Watchathons. It was good on its own behalf. Very different from books, but glad I watched. Watching also slowed me down from books. Iβve read 17. I donβt want it over already!!
Stay healthy and show love.

I had a scan scheduled yesterday, at the hospital. I hope everything goes well for you. I had my own doctor's appointment and it was a new doctor. At some point I need hip surgery but it's up to me when. It was very organized, go in through emergency door, answer questions, go right, not left (emergency waiting room) and I barely saw any people. A nurse told me that foot traffic was down significantly and that actual emergency cases were coming to hospital. Did you leave out a word? Seems like there should be a "not" somewhere. We hit a drive-through the way back from hospital. It was the first time we have eaten anything from a restaurant during this containment. I've had no appetite though, so that was part of it. I've lost a lot of weight. I have gone to a restaurant twice a week since I stopped being able to go to libraries. I need to eat healthier than I would always being at home. A tomato slice may not make much of a difference but I wouldn't buy my own tomato and slice it.

Back at work today. The entire plant. Those of us who are able, are still working from home, engineering, quality, purchasing, etc. I was only out of office for one week.
It's raining today. Pretty heavy.
Other than that, nothing much to report. Just working.
Hope all are doing okay.

Pretty heavy. Other than that, nothing much to report. Just working. Hope all are doing okay. I haven't even read 17 books so far this year! My goal for the year is 40, which is about 3 per month and is very doable for me. This is the last week of school, but my kids have finished everything and so we're technically already on summer break. We'll be going to Moab on Thursday and I'm very interested to see what it's like. This is usually one of the busiest weekends of the year there, but we had no problem getting a hotel room the week before. It's going to be very empty. I'm not sure that any of the restaurants will be open as they've had stricter rules during this than most of the state. They are just a small town in the middle of nowhere so they "shut down" to outsiders at the very beginning because there is no way their hospital could handle extra people from out of town.

I tried to sit my kids down and let them have some say in how their days go in the summer now that they are older. I thought they'd be happy, but they're all just whining a bunch because they aren't allowed to play video games from the time they wake up to the time they go to bed, which has never been a thing in the summer anyway. I've asked them to think of a few things they can do each day other than play video games, things they know they enjoy. And then to think of some things that maybe they want to try or learn about so we can do some new things this summer. You'd think I just told them I was going to cut off a finger or something. Just a bunch of complaining.
I need to set a good example and find things to do that aren't my phone or TV and maybe try some new things and it has been harder than I thought it would be to come up with any ideas.

Here's a few ideas: Find a crafting project to do. Find some puzzles that require some intense assembly like the 3-Dimension kinds. Have them prepare a meal from scratch after one hour online only of research and fix it. Create a scavenger hunt type of some kind. Invent a new kind of sport and they have to create rules and things for it. Have them start a garden of some kind of their own.

These are hilarious Kyle! I'll take Two Blanches and a Rose! Happy Birthday yesterday Maze! I kept meaning to send you a FB message but I just got lazy. The weather has gotten cold and icky today and will be for the next while. We're working on getting the pool up and running, but it will be a bit before it's warm enough to use it.

Morgansiren of The WB lost her mother. But that's not the worst part. She said the woman who abused her for 57 years had died. I know her family has mistreated her the past several years, but this seems too much.
Library story!
Back open in my county. Masks on all the employees, and they can't get within 6 feet of us to help us, but I did get some printing done without having to buy a printer for home. And everything worked fine even though I had never printed at this library.

Back to the real world after a long Memorial Day vacation. And the start of our official summer vacation for the kids. We tried to go to the zoo yesterday but they only sell tickets online and to limit the number of people, you purchase a "time slot" to go and there were no time slots available so yesterday ended up being a bust. We came home from Moab early because we'd planned on having a BBQ yesterday, but one of our friends who was leaving yesterday had his truck break down so Kevin and a friend had to drive back down so one could tow his truck and the other could tow his camper back home. Kevin got back home a little after 7pm. I did take the kids to see the first Harry Potter in the movie theater though, it was great! Today we are going to see the first Jurassic Park.

I had 5 already that I had laid aside. One I bought from Barnes and Nobel. The other four were in a set from the thrift store.

I don't have it downloaded but I saw it on the Arrow Facebook page that the CW Seed App has the BBC Robin Hood series available to stream. That is something I'd like to see again.

Anyone seen the new version of Emma that came out? I was pleasantly surprised by it, but it's hard to beat Jeremy Northam or Jonny Lee Miller as Mr. Knightly.

Have you been up to anything exciting while being stuck in your home? Haha Ha. I haven't been stuck at home. I work at a supermarket, one of the "essential" businesses. Hard, hard work. OH MY GOD it's hard. Panic buying has slowed down, but people STILL shop a lot. They just won't go away. π Though luckily, I have two weeks off paid....starting yesterday. π
