I heard what Blake Shelton said about Tim Tebow at the beginning of the show. For Blake's information I got no intention of giving my virginity up until I get married and I hit 30 years old in late June but if the single male population is anything like Blake, I thank him for letting me know that I'm not missing anything.

It was nice watching it last night, most of the ones I wanted to win did so that was a good thing

^^^ To me the best thing about the show was how those who are not my favorites were on the stage at the beginning of the show: Carrie Chris, and The Band Perry. Even though I think that "Home" should have been the Song of the Year, I'm happy for the Eli Young Band as well as Taylor, Miranda, Toby, Scotty, and Thompson Square. I have mixed feelings though about Lady A getting the Group of the Year award again. To me, the Zac Brown Band deserve that award just as much if not more. They sounded awesome during their second song all though I will admit that I was disappointed that their first song was "Keep Me In Mind" when I was hoping that they would sing their newest song on the radio named "No Hurry" because my most favorite singer, James Otto, co-wrote it, I love him so much!!!

I can't read yet but I recorded the ACM awards on VHS from DTV. I also used a DVR but it needed space and since it appeared my DTV signal was fine it'll probably be okay. I'll watch when I have time.

I do know Lionel Richie singing "You Are", a song I like, had nothing to do with country music. I saw that when I turned the TV off. He did record "Deep River Woman" with Alabama and "Stuck on You" on his own. And wrote Kenny Rogers' "Lady", a song I don't care for. And two of his Commodores hits (which I liked) probably could have passed for country the way it sounded back then--"Still" and "Three Times a Lady".

I saw the prettiest photo of Taylor in an online newspaper--not that I was looking for it, but it was just everywhere on the site. She normally has this girl-next-door look about her but she really looked hot, which is fine, I guess.

I haven't seen it yet. I rewound too far and ended up where I had recorded "Undercover Boss". so I watched that instead. I nearly lost the awards show because I forgot to eject the tape and found myself recording something. I pushed "play" and was relieved to see Morley Safer.
