I'm going to be hanging at ten's house for awhile but after watching the new clip from tonights episode I wanted to come here and give Dean a HUGE hug!!! :heart:

You know what mags I actually think we could be gearing up for just that sooner than later. He's letting things get to him, I don't think he can hold all that in anymore. And I know Jensen will totally rock it and I can not wait.

We'll get Sam picking up the pieces and being there for his brother. This is something that screams Sam and Dean bonding and allows Dean to move forward and release some of that pressure.

I agree!! and my friend crowelygirl has a GREAT theory about a certain flask and what Dean's brother might have done in concern for him...and OMG its awesome!!! :heart:

I love it, anything like that, how wonderful if the writers actually thought of that. Something that again brings all that hunting and evil story back to the boys and their real lives that when it comes down to it...its all about each other, it always has been.

Dean was awesome in Adventures In Babysitting. My :heart: for Dean has come back stronger than ever. I really felt for Dean and you could feel all his pain and how he's trying to hold it together.
Loved seeing him at the end of the episode trying to smile through the pain and fake it. I'm sure Dean will go on and keep doing that. He's done it for years now and he can do it again.
Hopefully, Dean remembers what he told Sam in Wendigo. When Sam asked how Dean and John made it through and Dean said it was helping others and hunting and saving people.

Jensen nailed that ending scene last night, he didn't over act it to make it cheesy, it was beautiful he should get an Oscar just for that last scene.

Some song lyrics from a past episode fit Dean in that last scene I don't know this song, or the name of the song only these lyrics but they fit Dean during that last scene.

I just CANNOT understand why some director hasn't snatched him up for a major film role. He can do anything: happy; sad; angry; comedy. He can even sing.
I'm just sorry his only acting opportunities seem to be in sci-fi/horror. I mean, I love the genre, but he has so much more to show us.

Dean was so great in last night's episode. I especially loved him in the last scene. It was a heartbreaking scene.

I must admit, I'm a little angry on behalf of Dean and Sam. Did they really have to kill off Bobby and Castiel in the same season? They've lost everyone. It's becoming a little ridiculous actually, and a little depressing.

So true that scene could have come off as totally out of character if another actor was doing it but Jensen is the man!!

He's talented as fuck, the man should get Oscars just for a tv show.

The man can act like a boss, he can sing, he can direct, he can play the guitar and I bet you he could even dance if need be.

I love Jensen's acting. Sometimes I get so angry at Dean, but than I am like "Who cares, this man is acting the hell out of this scene." I wonder if Jensen is becoming more interested in the background work of acting, like Directing, for instance. He seems to really love that.

Frankly I am more than tired of the Dean caricature.. ..self-loathing, guilt ridden and not very bright, and it's been going on for far too long.
Come on, we've seen a million times that Dean is smart. And I think the writers overdo the not very bright angle because Jensen is such a fine comedic actor . And I don't see why Dean should feel anymore guilty than Sam. Sam actually did betray Dean, while Dean's guilt is more of a self imposed situation.
Let's get back the the season one version of Dean: strong; confident and cocky.

Guilt is Guilt....it doesnt matter how others see it ,it matters how you see it...

and though I do love strong,confident,and cocky dean...I DONT want him to be a 1 diminsional character that is just there for comic relief....I want to see in depth character growth...character growth we've NEVER really had for dean....so I for one am EXTREMELY happy....

sure the writers could have not made him so depressed and shortened his story like they do ALL THE TIME...and end it in 3 episodes so we can focus on someone else....but we NEVER got any resolution that way...and Dean needs resolution and to get resolution you have to go into his personal story more in depth...

so sorry your not quite happy with dean as is...but I for one LOVE him to pieces no matter what version i'm getting...

sorry I'm just a little on edge with all the Dean bashing going around because people didnt get what THEY wanted....

I actually thought Dean came off as pretty strong in this episode...

when sam went to krissy's house...the last place he looked was the closet...when Dean did the first place he looked was the closet...I thought it showed dean being a TOTAL professional...I thought you could really see his experience shining thru...sure he had some emotional moments...adn I loved that too...I love seeing all sides of dean....and I thought the episode showed BOTH of those sides.

I could say more but that would turn bad and you'd all get your first ban which would be me so I'll say this as tame as I can be he is no where near being stupid. He was never stupid and he is not stupid.
