LOL. Worse things than burping cinnamon clouds! OMG. I was so bummed when they took Darvocet off the market. I swear it has helped me heal from a horrible car wreck in 98. I read a study that it helped bones and joint healing, so they take it off the market as a pain releiver. Lol. Never got high on Darvocet, but the others the doctors promote I refuse to take. Lost too many family and friends to Percocet. Will definately try the shark cartilage. Nothing helps my ankle the way the Darvocet did! I can take 2 Percs and have no pain anywhere else but my ankle is still screaming! Big honking Vicodins don't work either! It's crazy to take a pain killer and feel okay except for one part, the part you took the damn pill for! I think eventually I'll have to get a new tendon. Supposedly there's nothing but a severe sprain. All the scans & x-rays are 'clean'. It's never going to heal right anyway because it's pretty inconceivable to stay off your feet for any length of time. There was something in darvocet that actually went to the site of the pain. I am so sad right now guys...I'm really loving this board...and I would LOVE for ALL my friends to be here...but *sigh* Some still carry the old CW grudges.,... I created the CFC in hopes it would make them feel more welcome...but I'm not sure its going to work...  I really hate that everyone is seperated...I hate having 8 boards to keep in touch with everyone.... its why I really love this board,because its not just for supernatural,and you all said all thoughts and opinions are welcome... but I'm thinking its going to be an issue...  Mags, you can't please everyone. I love the person you are talking about, but its her choice to come or go. This forum is for all the evicted, not one or two. As Mistermoonlight says, "we are all family now." ![]()  Thanks Sarah!! I can say I tried....and its sad if they dont come,but its their loss. I just cant keep running to 8 different boards,because people want to hold grudges. If I held a grudge for everyone I got into it with I wouldnt have anyone to talk too...I'm an argumenitive person...its just a part of who I am...so for peeps to still accept me means a lot... :heart: |

Yay!!! Glad to see the thread got moved to its proper home. I hope we'll be able to talk about many topics that "the youngsters" just don't get: like records and tape recorders and televisions with only 13 channels. Remember when shows began shooting in color and made it a part of their introduction each week? "And now, in color..........'That Girl!'" Eight track tapes, waiting each week for NEW episodes of Star Trek, VHF/UHF channels...pet rocks and Chatty Cathys. Hip huggers, puka shells, Jolt Cola, the free balloons you used to get at Jack in the Box if you were a kid... AR!! its so awesome to see you here!! do you remember the golden eggs that you'd get at the shoe store buster brown? or the Mrs. Beasley doll? I still have a Mrs. Beasley...  |

I love the rules, the smilies, and the look & feel. I hope that it stays strong. I think that having new fans directed here would help. Maybe WinchesterFamilyBusiness or SuperWiki could post a link here?? If they did, you might get new fans. |

It's been so long, and never knew what we had at CWL, until it was gone :heart: You gals put together an awesome forum, and the CFC welcome was warm & appreciated. I'm afraid that I'm an infrequent poster since 7.02, but better a little than nothing. I really hope Captive comes here, and Minnie. Anyway, anicat & i have spread the word. It might end up not going anywhere, but the good here is not forgotten. ;D I'm off to the CFC |

I never had an Easy-Bake Oven but I did have a toy called "Incredible Edibles." You put some goo into a hot plate with shapes like spiders and the like and they jelled and you could eat them. I don't remember if they tasted good or bad, but I'm still alive, so at least they weren't fatal. Does anyone else remember that? It would have been sometime in the mid-60's.

I had an easy bake oven,but I always ate the mix before I baked it...  I remember crying when elvis died... I used to dance to his records... I had a holly hobbie radio...and would listen to radio stories when I went to bed...those were cool... Have been wanting to find out more about thrilling adv by ben blacker because its supposed to be like those old radio stories |
