So, if you don't want to talk about politics, the weather, or sports...you're in the right place. This is the "new" random thread (since Christy made one first, but she's gone now). Frankly, I don't care if you post here or not.  I just may use this space to ramble on about stuff I'm thinking about. But, if you choose to hang out here, talk about whatever you want. Except politics. Or the weather. Or sports. Or anything else I might deem unacceptable in the future. Oh, and it goes without saying that ANYONE WHO WANTS TO TALK ABOUT LIBRARIES SHOULD LEAVE NOW.      Yesterday after a family brunch at this restaurant, I squirted my sister with a watergun. She retaliated by throwing a full glass of apple juice (with ice) on my new dress. Yep, my family is quite mature.  |

I've noticed whenever i go into a store i am often followed around by their employees as of I'm going to steal something! The last time i got followed i was wearing my work uniform and my name tag for goodness sake would i really try to steal something while wearing identifying clothes heck i wouldn't steal anything in the first place but sometimes i wish people had some brains lol

I hate cherries. Ever since I lost mine, I have no use for them. I prefer chocolate, caramel, marshmallows, strawberries, or bananas in my ice cream. |

I was in a Big K store and a man came up to me and said he was a lingerie salesman. I immediately looked around for Security personnel. He said "No, really, I can tell you the color of your underwear just by looking at you." I was intrigued, but I still knew he was a perv. Then he looked down, so I looked down too. He had a mirror attached to his shoe so he could peep under women's skirts. |

I left work early last Thursday because I was sick. I went to my room and lay down on my bed to catch a few zzzzz's. I turned the TV on low for some background noise. When I woke up, Dr. Phul-of-it was on. GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! Why is this man on television?

I just added Showtime and Cinemax to my cable. For $1.00 a month. But their movies are crappy. Grrr. |

I agree.... well, at least as far as not liking cherries! I've been reading about the Bernard Madoff scandal again.... and the scope of his crime is sickening. All those lives destroyed... generations of savings, estates, college funds, everything lost... and he was holding his head high for twenty years while he did it. CHILLING!!!!!   |
