I'm now two episodes behind with no way of knowing when I'll ever see them. But something terrible happened last night.
While I did tape "Rake" this time after not realizing it wouldn't tape last week, I lost a Saturday Night Live special. Not having looked at the TV listings, since the local paper does them in Thursday's paper, with listings only through the next Wednesday, and I don't see that until Friday if even then, I didn't know about it in advance. Once I saw it was on after half of it had already aired, I assumed it would tape because other specials have taped. But I didn't know I had a season pass for "Reign". After all, with "Glee" and "The Michael J. Fox Show" at the same time, it couldn't possibly be taped. I had watched the show with an antenna until I got my new TiVo, which let me tape "The CrazyOnes" and "Two and a Half Men" at the same time as "Reign".
Now I do subscribe to a paper that has its TV section in Saturday's paper with listings for Sunday through Saturday. I just never get around to looking at it until after the fact. Of course, I can also use TiVo to check the listings.
Most of what was on the Saturday Night Live special was familiar, since they did a similar special I watched some years ago. Maybe I didn't miss much. I'm hoping it's online. I wasted a lot of time because only Billie Jean King during "Weekend Update" (which I had surely seen since I started watching this show a year ago) and Seth Meyers' contributions were new.I don't have time to watch what I've seen.
I deleted my second copy of the same episode of "Reign".

I haven't seen the latest episode but will probably see it tonight.
That sucks that you ended up missing that. I had a similar problem when i recorded my Monday shows last week. Turns out, they decided to move Bitten from 10pm to 8pm and i didn't realize they moved it until about 15 min after it started. I'm hoping that SyFy didn't do that b/c the show was struggling but the fact that they didn't even advertise for it doesn't seem likely.

I'm two episodes behind but maybe I'll get a chance this week.
I did not find the special online. I don't know why it wouldn't be there.

And I m I think I saw the "Rake" episode I missed. I'm still two episodes behind and I accidentally saw a spoiler on Facebook. I need to remember to go back and read CDN's posts, along with those of her friend whose WB screen name I forget. I should not do it before I have watched the episode they're talking about.
I don't know how I feel about making Bash the legitimate heir and don't quite understand why Henry would need a divorce, though he is anything but faithful. I don't think France and England ever had the same ruler after about 1100.
I was disappointed Mary didn't get the chance to take her clothes off.
I am losing episodes and movies now because my new TiVo is full. I wasn't worrying about it but I did make sure the important ones were prevented from being deleted. In most cases I was only making sure I could go back and see what I missed, but I never had time right after an episode or movie was over. After this much time, though, I'd never remember what I missed. Better to sit in the other room and hold the remote in my hand so I can rewind when needed. I just get tired of doing that and try to watch shows as if they're "live" on the new TiVo. There's no place to put the remote in that room, though the same is now true with the first one. I used to put it on the desk which was next to me but it's too hard to reach back for it every time I need to, so now I just hold it.

I'm all caught up now. I watched both episodes in one night.
It's actually getting more interesting.
Catherine sure had a nice prison cell. I was pleased when Mary took away all her luxuries.
My Facebook friend thought they were saying Henry was not Francis' father, and this is what I thought. But I think it was after the commercial break we found out this was wrong.
It was all very exciting and it looks like Catherine will die.

forgot to mention I was disappointed in one episode where we were expecting Mary to take off her clothes. Then she did in one episode but even though she was taking a bath, we didn't get to see much. Last night, though, we got to see plenty. I think I had seen the episode but stayed around for as long as Mary and Francis were being naughty.
I should mention Robin Wright Penn was obviously naked in a movie I saw. Her breasts were hidden but she clearly had nothing on as far down as her waist, and we were getting a front view. Her legs covered up what was below her waist. She could have been wearing really brief panties where we couldn't see.

I don't think they're going to kill Katherine off... But it is nice seeing her struggle with being brought down. Even better is seeing how desperate she is to be queen again. While i miss seeing Francis, it is nice to see Bash in his new role. Although i think Mary is making a mistake by being with Bash... He has this darkness about him that is somehow going to be brought back to her if she stays w/him long enough. It should be interesting to see how everything turns out. Side note: I am so glad that they decided to renew Reign.

I like that Mary is so nice to ordinary people. I was reminded of this when watching one of the "Chronicles of Narnia" sequels. The queen in those movies is just an ordinary girl who happened to walk through some passage to another realm.

I'm behind by at least one episode.
And I'm so thoroughly confused I don't know what to comment about.
Francis and that girl were in a photo in a newspaper's TV listings but it never explained who they were.

All caught up.
I thought it was funny watching the king and queen covering up the true circumstances of the woman's death.
I was relieved Lola didn't have an abortion but from the comments and what they showed, it appears we are lucky to have legal abortion now. I'm not saying it is a good thing, but if it's going to happen anyway, it's better that it be safe.

I'm caught up now.
I like how Mary is so determined to be queen of Scotland and not let anyone take her country from her.
I thought it was too much to kill all those people just to stop her message from being delivered.
I hope Lola will solve her problem soon. I do question anyone saying how beautiful she is because all the other girls are so much prettier.
Even the queen of France looks good with her hair down. I couldn't believe she did that.

Lots of nudity last week. Actually, I wish I had seen more. None of the girls showed off their legs, for example.

Last night on "Jeopardy" five of the cast members gave the clues. I'm assuming everything in those clues was factual.
At this point a lot of what is going on must surely be real. Penelope is probably made up, and Greer too. But if Scotland has a new queen and it will require a battle to put Mary back on the throne, that's recorded history.
I do like seeing Mary fight for what she believes in and I don't want her to lose Francis over this.
Pretty girls throwing snowballs is fun to watch but I've had about enough snow.

The combination between her long curly hair and blue eyes makes her more distinct than the others. As for her predicament, it seems to be mended for now. I still don't trust her new husband but my goodness did she just grow a belly in one episode? I kept thinking she was going to start showing soon but it's like they went from 2 months along straight to 5 months.

I'm curious to see how Greer will handle Leith coming back if indeed he does. It looks like he was pretty injured though so idk if he'll come back in time before she gets married. That was also really sweet of her soon-to-be husband to offer to pay for her younger sisters. It was a bit disturbing so see how far Mary is willing to go. She def fooled Catherine but how long do you think she can get away with it? The queen is not stupid and she will figure it out at some point.

One of my Facebook friends used to be on the WB boards (and we were in a Yahoo group with Joker and King Possum, who I missed after they got banned) and I still keep up with her on Facebook.
She discusses this show with another former WB poster whose name on that board I don't remember. One of them said there's not a lot about this show that is historically accurate. Especially the way the girls look.
Well, of course. Why would I watch this show if the girls weren't pretty? But even if they weren't, if it were historically accurate I probably would.
I have yet to watch last night's episode and I just saw the TV listings a few minutes ago. I made the terrible discovery that I missed an awards show I wanted to watch. Which would have made my situation even worse. The problem is the newspaper puts the TV section in Thursday's paper (and has listings from Thursday-Wednesday) and I just don't think about that one until Friday. Though another paper has its TV section in Thursday's paper but has listings for Sunday-Saturday. Now if only I ahd looked at that paper's listings Wednesday (I have gotten in the habit), but I was busy.

I don't know, the other girls are prettier from my point of view. Kenna has these dark eyes. Greer is blonde, sort of. I forgot to mention the snow. There's still snow. I haven't posted about last week's, have I? It's pretty amazing that Francis was able to save that man's life just by making him want to live. And that battle strategy really worked. But I didn't want Francis to have to go into battle.

downriversundaytimes.com/2014/02/16/celebrity-extra-238/ (Clarissa) I'm caught up again. No, not on that TV trivia column. I'm three months behind. This show is getting fascinating, and it's a shame it has to end this week, at least for the season. Now they're plotting to get rid of Henry, Lola's hubby has been outed (Oops! Maybe not) and Mary still may not get to be queen. As much as Mary and Francis were discussing their situation, all I really noticed was Mary's shoulder. Kenna was so sweet to that child.

I hope King Henry really died. It's not right to change a real historical person's life that way.
I wonder if this is how Francis will die?

I wonder if this is how Francis will die? I have to agree with all of these statements. You stated them so well. In the last one, are you asking if this is what leads to Francis's death? Given that in the one glimpse of the future courtesy of Nostradamus; Mary had at least 2 sons so no i don't believe it is. I also wanted to add the part of how sweet i thought it was after Henry died and Francis comes out to the hall. Bash is standing there and upon seeing his brother quickly kneels down. Afterward, Francis runs (is that the correct word) toward Bash and quickly picks him up into a full hug. Gotta love that bro kindness and relationship b/c at the end of the day, they both lost their father.
