No one suspected foul play so Red got away with it.
There is not much they can do to Red anyway because the FBI has given him immunity to do whatever he wants in exchange for helping them.
Looks like next week Red will be in serious danger.

I wonder too because no reason was given. It looks like either the male partner or Red will get hurt this coming Monday. Looks thrilling.

It looks like The Voice had to take 3 hours for some reason.

Darn it! I still did not watch The Voice because I was catching up on other shows. I was watching The Voice until it conflicted with other shows.

The 8-9 was a recap of this season, Than 9-11 was the real show.

Jeff, I am glad you asked that question because it made me realize we cannot assume who got shot. Anslo was pointing the gun at Red's bodyguard/friend, but we did not see him get shot. I think they tricked us and either shot someone else or pulled the trigger just to scare Red.
This episode was worthy of a James Bond movie. There was a lot of quick action sequences and a very high body count.
Liz showed that she can handle herself in the field. I am glad they did not shoot her but I would have liked for her to remain free longer.
Aram Mojtabai, the IT tech, was a pleasure to watch. He reacted the way I would have when he said he should stay by the servers instead of going where the killers were. Poor baby...but he went and I did not see him get caught. I hope we see more of him.
I do not expect to ever fully understand Red because he has an unusual code of ethics. I think he did a good job of explaining that to Ressler when he was doctoring him.

Why was Anslo there to begin with?

Anslo and Red worked together. Anslo switched sides and tried to kill Red. Later, when Red had an opportunity, he tried to kill Anslo by shooting him in the head. That is why Anslo has the dead eye and the scar on his face.
Anslo is vengeful and hired that team of killers for the sole purpose of capturing and torturing Reddington.

Wonder why Anslo didn't die from Red shooting him in the head?

According to Red, Anslo has a hard head. Red taunted him by saying that when Anslo was talking to him outside the safe room.

You are welcome.
This episode might be too nerve wracking for me to watch from 10-11 PM, but I will try. Please do not let it end in a cliffhanger.

This was an excellent episode.
There was a high body count, but I am glad my favorites survived the battles.
Although Liz was trained as a profiler, she has been forced into some deadly field work. I think she has done pretty well for a rookie.
Reddington has an impressive team of people who move in rapidly to help him and to protect Lizzy. Red's prowess is also impressive. He was stoic and did not scream and cry even though that drug caused severe pain. Tough Red! Deadly Red!
I never caught on to who the mole is in the Agency.
I think it is very interesting that the last thing Red said to Lizzy was to be careful of her husband. The next episode is January 13, 2014.

I love this show, too. But it's not because it's a weekly procedural, which are a dime a dozen in my book. Rather, it's because James Spader is so riveting as Reddington. He makes the show for me.

The Blacklist has suggested that there is a mole. Some of the characters, like Aram, did not grab my attention until the previous two episodes. Therefore, I am going to post some character information on the cast thread to help us to take a guess.
