I dont think the captain's daughter will be any good on the police force. She might be okay as a policeman, but she is not good enough yet to solve detective cases on her own.

I wonder if they are one of the same?

Plus, her fellow officers celebrated her "victory" and when they find out she took credit for something she did not deserve, they will turn on her. They can be harsh and I remember how they treated Holmes when he was acting arrogant.

I wonder if they are one of the same? Yes, they were, but there were two killers. This was a tragic story about innocent people being killed because the criminals were just greedy and unscrupulous.

It surprised me that anyone went in that hole without changing clothes or at least putting something over them.
Last night's episode recorded but I haven't had time.

I saw Watson in the move "Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever". She was Sever, a martial arts fighter who could kill people with guns without showing any emotion and without a hair out of place. She also had weapons that could blow stuff up. Ecks wondered where she got all those guns. Sever replied, "Some women buy shoes." But she was more like Watson in scenes with the child she helped kidnap. I couldn't see her face in some of her best fight scenes so you know it was a stunt woman. And one big tough man said, "Hey, beautiful" and got himself beat up.
It was weird to see Sherlock consider that man a friend and actually have to get a new sponsor as a result. This is a major breakthrough for him. I was disappointed by his opinion of Sousa but he was listening to kids. And he probably felt that way anyway. I iked how he eventually solved his sponsor's problem and sent him on wild goose chase so he wouldn't be a suspect.

I agree it was surprising that Sherlock considered his sponsor a friend. They did not seem to be bonding in an earlier season. His sponsor is probably the type of man Sherlock needs in his life because he is not in awe of Sherlock and tells him what he really thinks.
I have heard the urban legend about people waking up without some internal organ, but this was really strange. The doctor did remove some of the unsuspecting patients' organs, but that was to make room to store drugs. Bizarre.

I was really hoping that woman would survive.
On the subject of the expensive surgery she thought she was having, my former neighbor had a serious weight problem. We see each other once a year either in the mountains or at their house on the way to the mountains. She was sick last year and I missed actually seeing her but I visited her husband at their house. But one year she said her surgery cost $99,000 and she spent only one night in the hospital. I remember her and her husband weren't too happy about the insurance they had through his job, but I can only hope a lot of that cost was covered. Afterward, she seemed to be able to eat as much as before, so it wasn't the surgery I had been led to believe she would have.
That dentist was Kyle Chandler's scheming best friend in "Early Edition".

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N900A using proboards You would have liked it. I haven't looked to see if it's online. I've never been able to find full episodes if I missed them and I have to hope reruns on Saturday always include all the ones I didn't see.

I don't know what you are talking about Kyle. Do you watch "Jeopardy"? Three contestants guess the question to 30 answers in each round (normally you guess the answer to the question). There are six categories with five answers each. Normally Alex Trebek reads the answer but sometimes a celebrity appears on the screen reading instead of simple text on a blue background, and what the celebrity says usually appears below. So this week Sherlock made us laugh by putting the Stanley Cup in the bathtub, meaning Watson can't use it until he realizes she can't.

No I don't watch Jeopardy Kyle, It for old people who don't have anything on their DVR's to watch. It's a fun show. College students like it. Little kids like it. People of all ages compete. Okay, I admit it's not exciting fun, but I learn a lot. I haven't finished watching last night's yet. It was getting really late and I froze Sherlock. I was shocked to realize he was still frozen this morning. That means the TV was on all night. Commenting on last week's: it seems strange to think of Bell as not having friends. Even stranger to think of Sherlock as Bell's friend. His date seemed nice, at first. But when they were talking about work, I just couldn't stand her. About last night's: it seemed strange for them to show only confronting the guilty person rather than showing the investigation, but that part was entertaining anyway. I knew the minute I saw bees it would be interesting to Sherlock. I don't want Gregson to leave.

Now the commercial I saw for last week's episode after the fact was really funny. Watson was commenting on Sherlock letting bees sting him.
I'm so glad Gregson insisted on staying if they would let him. The show wouldn't be the same without him.
I don't even remember anything else about the episode.

The same thing seems to be happening to Holt on "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" but so far he's resisted.
Peralta worked a murder case on one of the episodes I saw but they were tempted to send it to Major Crimes. I'm still not clear on who that is. Carrie Wells worked for them, in her show's version of the NYPD, but is Gregson in Major Crimes? I keep thinking he is.
No time for last night's yet.

It was an unpleasant episode, and having one of the funniest comedy routines ever at the beginning didn't really help. I'd rather have laughs throughout the episode even if nothing is as funny as Abbott and Costello.
Sure it was interesting to watch the process but then he just brought Sherlock out there to see someone who had already died and only then did Sherlock's former sponsor get rescued.
On a related note, I watched the movie "Kill Bill Vol. 1". Lucy (Watson) was one of the villains and quite a good one.

I finally found the episode about the bees On Demand. It was pretty good. I wonder if it bothers Sherlock when the Captain wants Watson to work a case without him. Sherlock's lack of tact would have made it awkward to investigate a current member of the police department.
Sherlock said the murder case was complex because the pieces seemed unrelated. I think the Sheik, dead bees, murder and kidnapping for ransom was the most far fetched scenario I have ever heard of.
