I don't understand how a hard drive could have so much information about an email. I've heard of companies making sure employees are productive by counting keystrokes. Now it's possible to store the pattern of the keystrokes?
However it happened, I'm glad Siobhan got what she deserved. And every time I see that name I miss Sarah Michelle Gellar's characters.
I liked the flashbacks. I hope it really is true that Alex's father is alive.
I didn't like the way Alex was treated and I'm glad J'onzz could make his problem and hers go away.

Yes, it was a good episode. Supergirl is tough, but she still thinks killing is never the answer. Max is brilliant but he is too willing to sacrifice people. I thought he liked Alex but he likes Cat. I never thought of Max as being evil because he had a logical reason for not trusting aliens. The majority of them have been dangerous.
I was a little amused that it took Cat so long to realize there was something strange about her employees. But she was concerned about Kara. In fact, she gave both Kara and Supergirl credit for helping her to change.
I admire Hank for going to Supergirl's aid, but I did not think he should take Alex. Shielding her mind made him vulnerable and I am glad he was not killed. I did not realize that was Alex and Hank on the bus because I did not recognize her with blond hair.
Both Maxima and Indigo are bloodthirsty. Non is not in a hurry to kill his niece, but those two keep pushing him to kill Supergirl.
Cons:
That scene where James, Winn and Kelly took a swan dive off the ledge was pretty awful. I do not think it was necessary for Kelly to die to make a point.
I would have preferred for Superman to remain off-world instead of being mind controlled. I was really excited when Kara said he was coming.

None of the fans liked that. Some of them joked that the reason we did not see Superman is because "he has not been cast yet".

People have been trying to guess why Supergirl has not been renewed yet. One critic's article suggested some reasons and assured us they were just guessing.
The show is not owned by CBS and maybe they want to keep their options open for a show they own and will earn them money when it goes into syndication.
Another reason is that although the episodes have gotten better than the first couple of episodes, people who turned away have not given the show another chance. Therefore, the ratings decreased. But the ratings are still better than some other CBS series.
There were other suggestions but I cannot think of them at the moment.

cbs has a bad history of super hero shows too remember the flash 1990 went only one season.

I was disappointed we didn't actually see Superman. And who was he in the opening credits?
I was also disappointed that Superman was controlled.
I didn't want this season to be over, but any more like this one and I wont miss the show. But I do want it to come back next fall.

KyleEl I agree with everything you said. I saw no credit given for Superman. Perhaps he was CGI or a random stunt man/crew member?
