Another "OK" episode. It really didn't move the story forward much and was completely disconnected to last week's episode, but following Rick and Michonne around was nice. She has such a lovely face when she smiles, something she rarely does. And her voice gets soft and inviting. Too bad she has to be so tough most of the time.
I was surprised that though they saw what had to be some Saviors out for a golfing day (did they kill them or just steal stuff from the back of the truck{something I find highly unlikely}?), those same Saviors managed NOT to find the school that Rick and Michonne found. We've been told that there are hundred of Saviors in small out-groups everywhere, but they managed to miss this mine of food and guns?
It looks like the one girl is going to tell Rick about her interaction with the Ocean women and the other is going to go after Negan. I think we may have to bid adieu to the two going after Negan.....that probably won't go well.
Hope next week is better.

Who the heck was Richard? What camp was he from? I didn't understand his storyline. He was against the saviors but why was he planning on killing Carol a few eps back ? ? ?

This was a good episode. Sasha did not want a suicide pill; she wanted something she could do some damage with.
If Rick had not taken all of the guns, grandma might have followed and killed some of them.
Gregory is a coward and he hates Maggie even more for witnessing it.

I am obligated to hate Negan, but I enjoyed his conversations with Sasha. I am glad he killed David, but Negan probably wants to add Sasha to his harem.  I think the group can trust Dwight to give them information, but I do not think they should take him with them when they approach Negan. |
